Check in time is charged 15 pounds if before 3pm. Reception staff not very good.

The pillow cases looked grubby turned them inside out. Cold water was warm could not get to run cold. Tea making facilities only had 2 teabags. The bar shut at 10 pm we arrived at 2130 checked in and made it the bar at 2150 only for the barman to be hiding in the back until 2200 when he came out and informed us that he was shut. There was no improvement when we went to breakfast the eggs were snotty and bacon very fatty. We will never visit again. Mud on the stairs and corridors when reported we were met with a shrug of the shoulder. I feel their staff should be trained in Health and Safety.

A good budget hotel in a good location next to a mcdonalds and an Asda express and petrol station. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help us.

El hotel correcto. Seguridad por la noche y buen ambiente. Lo único el baño no tiene casi intimidad, pero todo ha estado perfecto. Muy cerca de la estación de tren y el metro, y puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Muy buena opción para alojamiento en la zona.

Rooms good size and clean. Breakfast was ok and good service from lady who worked in there. Only gripe really is that for the 2nd time in 2 visits to a premier inn the reception have been seemingly shocked and put out by the fact we had paid for early check-in. Tutted at told that is wasn't guaranteed and was from 11am even though it was 11.45 already! Experienced exactly the same at a previous Premier Inn earlier this year so would suggest that if a company runs a service it should get more organised in dealing with this

Best premier inn I have stayed in, the room excellent apart from no cold water to drink ran it for ages and still warm. Lots of sockets, shower excellent. Breakfast could be better too much cooked too early, eggs rock hard and rubbery, ordered poached each day. I suggest cooking less people don't mind waiting. Staff lovely
