波浪公寓(The Waves Apartments)

Our first time to do self check in, the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. We arrived late and didn't see a single staff during our stay. Yet, the staff replying our queries through emails were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean, not fancy but comfortable. Hot water was running a bit slow for the last person to take a shower. Otherwise, it was perfect. The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops, or a 2 min. drive. There is a children's park outside the hotel and the kids enjoyed it very much. The beach view is also spectacular.

Room is clean with furniture and all amenities you may need. Staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is few mins walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommended as it was a pleasant stay especially for those planning to visit Penguin Parade of Phillip Islands in which took above 15 mins drive by car.

Location was amazing, quick walk to Main Street & beach. Wifi didn’t work, few other things in bedroom didn’t work. The bed was extremely uncomfortable & sheets like sandpaper.

This is a great property right on the beach. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting and very clean and comfortable. The only down side (and it was a minor thing), was that the shower wasn’t great. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would highly recommend 😊

Still non-contact venue due to COVID which makes experience very impersonal. I did not see one staff member the entire trip and requested a later check out via email, however never heard back from them

We had a fabulous stay at this accommodation. Beautiful rooms, stunning location, great ease of contactless service. We'd happily stay there again.

The property was across the road from the beach that was a plus but for the money i paid and that i did not get what i requested was the let down

No outdoor flyscreen door to the outdoor area, so couldn’t keep door open for fresh air. Carpets old & need updating. Excellent location.
