The living room features a sleek split system heating and cooling unit, ensuring year-round comfort, and is designed for versatility. Ideal for cozy movie nights or lively gatherings. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with all the necessary appliances, ample cabinetry, and a generous island bench that doubles as a casual dining spot or a hub for socializing. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably accommodates a large table, perfect for family meals or dinner parties. Beyond the glass doors, the outdoor patio beckons with a built-in BBQ, a dining table for al fresco meals, and views of a compact, fully fenced yard with low-maintenance artificial turf—safe for kids and pets to play. (Downstairs) 2nd Bedroom: One Queen size bed. (Upstairs) 3rd Bedroom: Two single bunk beds (Four single beds in total). (Upstairs) ----- Porta Cot & highchair available for your use ------ GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc. Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am. Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the Stayz online payment booking system. The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria.
