Holiday Inn Express 科文頓 - 麥迪遜維爾(Holiday Inn Express Covington-Madisonville)

Overpriced for what you get. Bed was comfortable. Thermostat was quirky. Low water pressure. Good breakfast.

Room not clean. Lights and door needecd to be fixed. Only 1 elevator. Property outdated. Would not stay here again.

The room had a strange smell. Almost smelled like pennies? I know its weird, but i cant think of any other way to describe it.

This is our normal hotel we stay when on Madisonville. Upon check-in the room assigned had a horrible smell. I could not stay in that order. The clerk moved us to another room that had a fresher sent bit the carpet is filthy. I highly suggest changing carpet to a lament wood. We will find another place to stay next time.

Room was comfortable. The one thing I forgot to tell someone about was the toilet in 203 is loose to the floor. It was shifted to to right when we arrived. I tapped it back straight with my foot. It never leaked, so that’s a good thing.

Room was fine and check in a breeze. This motel took care of all my needs for 2 days and in a great location for my trip.

I had reserved an ADA room, on a stay there 6 days earlier. When I checked it the room, was the very furthest room from the elavator. The bathroom had a low toilet,not an ADA approved toilet. The shower was in a high bathtub. They did have walk in showers, but they had no grab bars. We will never stay there again.

When we arrived, we were given a room that smelled like a wet dog! The guy at the front desk kindly apologized and gave us another room. The room smelled much fresher in the 2nd room - but once we unpacked we noticed that although it looked clean on the surface, it was not. There was hair in the bathroom, cobwebs on the lamp and random little things on the carpet that a vacuum should’ve picked up. The other thing that we did not appreciate was the faux flowers everywhere in the lobby. These are just dust collectors and I feel too personal of a decor item for a public space. If you want fake roses all over your house - go for it…but not attached to the front desk of a hotel!

Floors were sticky and were more sticky after cleaning, maybe too much soap and not enough water. No housekeeping on Sunday. Drapes were too small for the window so light from outside reflected by a poorly placed mirror made sleeping on one side of the bed impossible. The bed was good, fairly comfortable with fresh linen. Room appeared to be clean except for sticky floor.
