The whole room was nasty I had to go to the office about my bed sheets being nasty. The phone didn’t work an the toilet seat was broke. The refrigerator was dirty an the room smelled like **** never again. Plus they didn’t have the voucher for the room an they said they don’t do pay pal so it took awhile before I got the room after I had already paid for it.

C’est le pire endroit que j’ai vu. Je suis toujours positive mais cette fois ci si je pouvais mettre -10 je le ferais. L’endroit est sale à un point que l’on ne peut même pas imaginer. Il y avait même des cafards dans la salle de bain. Il y a des gens qui habitent cet endroit à l’année et ce n’est pas rassurant. L’odeur est insupportable autant dans l’immeuble que dans la chambre. Les mur sont en papier et le bruit est constant car c’est prêt de l’autoroute. Je n’ai malheureusement rien de positif à dire alors ne faite pas l’erreur que nous avons fait et aller ailleurs il y a plein d’hôtel propre tout prête mais comme nous avions roulé 30 heures et qu’il était tard nous y avons rester une nuit mais nous n’avons pas dormis et nous avons quitter très tôt cet endroit horrible.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in recent memory. When we arrived at 6:45 pm, the staff were locking up the office for the night. They hurriedly checked us in and couldn’t have been more dismissive. Things got worse when we checked into our room. The floor was sticky and there was dirt on the ground. There was a vile smell to the room. The washroom hadn’t been cleaned prior to our visit. We had requested two queen beds, and these were barely doubles. One of the mattresses was off of its frame. The bed sheets were filthy, thin, threadbare and not suitable for sleeping on. I could go on… but to summarize, avoid.

Nasty Staff with Nastier Work Ethics; NEVER AGAIN! This reservation was made to visit with a friend who was attending the same rabbit show that I was attending. At the last moment, I had a medical emergency that prevented my attendance, but my friend was still going. When she showed up to check in, a black man wearing a mask was very rude to her and wouldn't allow her to check in. No call was made to the number on file. No message was sent to me (since I made the reservation). But my friend was treated so badly that she had to find a room elsewhere. I was embarrassed and angry to learn that she had been treated so poorly. I'm not just angry and embarrassed, but I'm absolutely shocked to have a hotel chain that I frequently use disappoint me so terribly. I was charged for a room that no one even got to utilize. I sincerely hope that charge for one night was worth destroying a customer relationship. I will never darken the doorstep of a Red Roof hotel again. Disgraceful.

We drove only 2 miles to a very busy great Mexican restaurant and other shops.
