Had a lovely stay at Old Hall, no one around in reception when we arrived at around 4:45 pm but made our way through to the coffee shop and the young woman attended to us and showed us our room was very attentive. The room itself had a lovely location was very large with a walk-in shower and everything you need for an overnight stay, comfortable bed, good pillows, great TV selection, tea/coffee tray, small fridge. Etc. The restaurant wasn’t open on the evening we stayed but the hotel recommended various pubs locally. We went to the The White Lion in nearby Allesley, which is part of the vintage inn chain, food, atmosphere and decor all good, was very popular. We haven’t booked but managed to find a table in the bar area and the menu was the same throughout. Back at the hotel security had locked the gate, I guess this means I’ve had problems in the past but he let us in and accompany us to our room. Breakfast was a bit odd as you could choose whatever you wanted from the café menu, we had toasted sandwiches and plentiful coffee. Followed by a toasted tea cake, all of which was promptly and pleasantly served by the woman on duty. When we checked out we saw the same young woman who had checked us in the day before and we chatted for a while. All in all a good experience, and I would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel. We stayed for only one night, as had a meeting locally. Room was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. As we arrived later in the evening, and it was during the week, the restaurant wasn't open, but we were supplied with snacks/toasties when we arrived. Staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent stay!

I would gladly rate this venue six stars for my wedding experience if I could! Taz and Georgie were absolutely phenomenal as wedding hosts, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail was meticulously arranged. Taz's keen eye for detail shone through in every aspect of the setup, and despite having only a few meetings with her, the final result exceeded all of our expectations. She truly stands out as a remarkable wedding host, making the planning process feel seamless and enjoyable. Our wedding was an intimate gathering of just 25 guests, yet it felt incredibly special, and that was largely due to the efforts of Taz and Georgie. We spent the night dancing on their spectacular LED dance floor, which was complemented by top-notch speakers that filled the space with fantastic music. The food and drinks were plentiful and delicious, adding to the festive atmosphere. It was a night to remember, and we owe a huge thanks to our wonderful hosts for making it all possible. The accommodations provided for us and our guests were exceptional, easily ranking among the best I've experienced. As someone who travels frequently for work and has stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that the quality of the rooms was comparable to that of the Munich Marriott Hotel City West, particularly in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquillity. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for weddings; it truly offers an unforgettable experience that you and your guests will cherish.

We had the privilege of working with Taz as our wedding coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed it would be. From our first meeting, Taz was incredibly friendly and straightforward, making the entire planning process feel smooth and manageable. Her patient demeanor was a godsend, especially as we changed our minds a few times—she never hesitated to adjust our plans to ensure everything was just right. Taz was relentless in her commitment to making sure we were happy with every detail. She consistently checked in with us, offering her expertise and doing everything in her power to bring our vision to life. On several occasions, she stayed on extra hours after her shift, just to talk things through with us and make sure we felt reassured. Her dedication was evident, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The night before and even the morning of the wedding, Taz stepped in to handle last-minute details, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment without any stress. Her presence was a calming force, and we knew we were in good hands. Our wedding was held at the Old Hall Hotel, and everything from the food to the venue was fantastic. Our guests loved the food and the VIP room provided an intimate and elegant setting for our civil ceremony. Later in the day, the marquee was the perfect space for our buffet and mini reception, offering a lively and spacious environment where everyone could relax and celebrate. None of this would have been possible without Taz's help, support, and guidance. We are incredibly grateful for all the time and effort she put in, both in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. Taz's hard work and dedication ensured that our wedding was a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable experience. We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day!

We were staying at the Old Hall to be near a family wedding and chose it on the strengths of the TripAdvisor reviews. You were not wrong! The welcome was excellent, the room was well decorated and presented with nice sheets and towels. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is owned and run by a family and you could tell, the guests were treated as valued guests from start to finish. We would like to go back to try the authentic Indian restaurant menu another time.

I purchased a couple of tickets to attend the Elvis tribute night. The event was held in the marquee and it was a fantastic evening. The staff were very friendly and the service was outstanding, The hotel is simply stunning! I highly recommend to anyone who is contemplating going to The Old Hall you will have a fabulous time.
