We didn’t enjoy our stay in the hotel because the rooms were freezing cold the heating system were not working,and that ruined our stay because we booked there to come and celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and they refused to change our rooms and be told to be given the blankets and stay under the bed and cover ourselves how can we celebrate and enjoy ourselves just to be covered ourselves under the duvet,we didn’t pay all that money to come in the freezing cold rooms

I live local, but due o having housework done and me being disabled, I was advised it would be beneficial for me to be out of the house for a few days. I picked Double Tree Hilton as they were offering the best price. I'm so glad I did. The staff could not do enough for you, especially Wendy, she is such an amazing lady, my 10 year old son said to me how amazing and helpful Wendy was and that says it all.

The hotel is perfect for a couples weekend away, the receptionist can’t remember her name was amazing and upgraded our room free of charge too

絕對美妙的住宿。來過這裡好幾次了，一如既往的服務和酒店都很完美。貝弗利一如既往地是一個快樂、樂於助人、友好和絕對的笑聲。房子的其他前面也很可愛！房間很乾淨，維護得很好，酒店還有一個游泳池，非常適合孩子們玩耍。當我在考文垂時總是留在這裡（除非訂滿或太貴），並將向所有人推薦這家酒店。

Friendly and great customer service

We only stayed for a short time but it was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the area had everything you need within a 5mins distance.
