Très bon accueil, très bons conseils pour le repas. Chambre immense et très confortable avec 2 fauteuils 1 bureau des rangements....Super.

Staff and Accommodations were great as usual. The unsupervised kids playing hockey and running up and down the hallway and stairway were disruptive. The hockey mom using the end of the hall as her personal telephone booth in the morning hours also disruptive and disrespectful. We will definitely return with our family as we have many times. Perhaps we will make sure no minor hockey teams are booked first.

Such nice staff! Building is looking a little tired but still a great place at stay. Clean rooms.

Staff was kind, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included. Room was clean and comfortable. Backs on to a walking path. Pet friendly. Room rate was fair. All green lights.

The service at this property is one of the best I have received while travelling. We were travelling for a sports event with teenage athletes and the staff was super accommodating and responsive to our needs. They even helped with charging my EV at the hotel (charging stations are being installed in 2 weeks). Breakfast included all basics including cereals, breads, eggs, hash browns and sausages (or other meat), pancakes etc. Location is central with food and coffee joints nearby or within walking distance. Would stay here again!

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids (10,14) in early January. Great place to stay, superb convenient location, easy 30 minute drive to Mt Washington. The complimentary breakfast was nice! Great options, impressive compared to the usual basics at more affordable hotels. The pool was a hit, but no lifeguards or staff monitoring so it got pretty rowdy at times. Slide is always a favourite. We stayed in a king bed executive suite and it was perfect for the 4 of us. The kids slept on the pull out couch while we had the room for separation. The room was clean and nicely stocked. We especially loved the bath and bodywork’s hand cream and shampoo/conditioner. Will stay again!

Customer service when checking in was wonderful. Comfortable bed, clean and good location. Breakfast was nice. Good value for the money spent.

stay was wonderful, however, post booking got notice that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. As we had children in our party, the pool was a factor in choosing the hotel. It would have been beneficial if, when booking, a flag that the pool as unavailable during our dates.

The breakfast was a great addition. I wish the pool was open during my stay, but I knew this in advance
