Regarding food very bad i never experienced such hotel though it is complementary unworthy they charge for omelet juice waste of money

The stay was a very pleasant and comfortable experience for me. The staff were nice and treated me with respect. The food was healthy and delicious as well

Stay, ambience, atmosphere, amenities (swimming pool, artificial falls, kids play park, etc, location n staffs were all excellent. The road from main road to the resort was horrible & was devoid of lights, making it difficult to reach in night.

Nice ambience. Very calm and pleasant. Well maintained and neat. Staff are polite and courteous. Excellent place to stay and take rest.

Management and thier unheard rules irritated us. Staff in swimming pool was extremely rude to us. We have waited 30 min outside to get key for shower room, very impolite and unheard rules they all are talking about. If you question them, they are saying everything is because of management. Very small toilet and are not clean, tiles are bubbly and some are broken and is not finished Only good thing in this hotel is ambience

We around 18 members walking friends went on 9th Aug , Stayed at room 105 to 110, Room very nice, Swimming pool and dining are good . Rooms very clean cold and hot water available, Thiyana Mandabam alaso available

Excellent property, very clean rooms and great location with friendly staff

Excellent location but maintenance is poor. Pool water was so bad and the excess usage of chlorine caused dilation of eyes thus affected vision of my daughter for 2 hrs. At 6. 30pm, at restaurant nothing to eat and they asked us to p reorder well in advance. This forced us to travel kms to find a restaurant. Makemytrip overcharged me by rs. 3000- i would have saved this money if i booked directly with the property.

Even-though it was a short stay for one night it was absolutely amazing. All villas and amenities were excellent.
