"we stayed for two days. january 18th and 19th. when we arrived the front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. on the following day the replacement clerk was also very hospitable. i believe there names were Erica and Vanessa. we are pleased with the service we got from eveyone."

"This place is like a home away from home. They have a washer and dryer and a full size kitchen with pots and pans, plates. All I had to do was buy groceries and cook my meals. There are not very many places to eat in Cotulla. The place is quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again."

"5箇中的3個...這個網站是基本的延長住宿酒店,主要爲當地油田和臨時工建造。房間的設施可用(全尺寸冰箱,洗碗機,廚房用品,咖啡機)。房間裏的躺椅。房間的問題:有污漬的上衣(看起來像嬰兒糞便),牀上的牀單似乎已經睡在裏面了,牀墊也沉了。只有浴室的毛巾最初看起來很髒,但使用時被油或泥漿/泥土染色。無煙房房間裏有濃濃的煙味。需要整晚睡覺,開着窗戶,運行暖通空調機組風扇(不使用空調壓縮機),運行浴室通風扇,需要購買Febreze噴霧和Glade插頭來管理氣味。房間內的每一件織物(地毯、窗簾、牀罩和框架以及浴簾都有臭味)。酒店沒有在房間問題上住宿,也沒有調整團體預訂給個人。結賬時再次提出的關切被駁回。此外,IHG客戶服務線無法協助對開本問題,並提到酒店,酒店最初無法協助並將關切轉交給IHG。知道在這個設施有什麼期望。這是商務旅行,我不會再入住的設施。"

Lengthy breakfast time, so if you're up early, you're good to go. Was here for a work quick trip, but would stay again next time I'm in the area. Recommend staying if you're in Cotulla."
