Stay close to the slopes in this spacious, 3-bedroom top-floor unit of our duplex home. This three bedroom, 2 bath unit comes with a spacious kitchen and living room space, an outdoor patio, and garage parking. The house is conveniently located 2.3 miles from the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon - which accesses Solitude and Brighton Ski Resorts and 5 miles from the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon - which accesses the Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts. The property is a duplex and has 2 fully separate units with a few shared spaces (driveway, backyard, and laundry room). You'll be staying in the upstairs unit. Guests have complete private access to the upstairs unit. Includes kitchen, 3 bedrooms, entryway, dining room, and living room. The laundry room in the basement, back patio, backyard, driveway, and garage are shared spaces. Our home is a duplex; the homeowner, Matt, and his dog, Poncho, live in the lower level unit and you may see them coming and going in the driveway and backyard or in the laundry room. Matt is usually onsite and can help with any needs that arise during your stay.
