海洋海灘休閒飯店(Ocean Beach Hotel)

The hotel comes directly out of the 80s, and remains in the 80s! Furniture inside the room is old and ruined, rhe hotel walls and structure is starting to fall apart. Elevator was really wobbly and scary to go in, and after a few days was shut down for repair - had to go up and down from 5th floor with luggage. Not booking again.

Hôtel confortable, idéalement situé, relié à la ligne de train par le bus 102. Chambre propre, spacieuse et calme. Personnel accueillant. Séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement.

The location is amazing right on the beach with beautiful ocean views from the street depending on your room you have a limited ocean view ,The hotel is showing its age ,The room was big and relatively comfortable only a couple of things to comment about ,The pillows stank of sweat and lack of washing or airing ,Thankfully I took my own pillow ,The walls and floors are paper thin ,Lots of noise from Plumbing ,corridor doors slamming ,Loud TV noise and guests coming and going ,The shower head was a joke more like a garden sprinkler ,A very old shower head that could be replaced at little cost to the management ,The stay was comfortable and the staff were really lovely but money needs to be spent to upgrade the room facilities , The food in the Hotel restaurant was delicious and the nightly specials are very good value ,Parking onsite is free but limited ,First in ,First served

My husband and I had a great stay had an ocean view room which looked all the way along the coast to Scarborough. Great central location with easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants and beach across the road. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. This is the only place to stay in Perth! We'll be back!

Great Hotel close to the beach and good restaurants. Easy check in and large comfortable room. Staff was excellent! So helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, big rooms, but basic, very tired accomodation not updated for at least 40 years. However, perfectly serviceable and good value for the location.

I was quite surprised. The room was huge and in great condition. The location is amazing. Very Happy

I could barely sleep 3hrs with the amount of noise i could hear from other guests both on rhe same floor and above. Every footstep or door closing was loud and booming. Very old furniture in poor condition.

Great location but Cottesloe is being rebuilt so looking tired. Sea & walking great. The hotel is apparently being renovated in 2024/5 the bedding was old we needed fresh crisp bedding as soon as we arrived.
