The chek in was done at 20:00 after our insistency , the stuff was yelling to one another. In the room was full of bugs and spiders. Everything in the bathroom was rusted, and not cleaned . The shower was not working , the bathtub faucet was loose from the walll. The runing water was salty and they say they cannot fix it. We ask about moving to another room and they say it is not possible . Hopefully some authorities will take some action because the price are very high and condition unacceptable

Disrespectful staff They say chech inn is after 6 o clock pm but they can not give the exact time( a lot of family with children waiting for more than 6 hours in heet without foid of drinks, after a long way) No alternative for waiting, no refund possible if you want to leave the hotel for another.

Dirt and poor quality food. Bumps came out of my skin. And I wasn’t the unique person in this situation. Many people of my group had stomach problems and they vomited. Also, the hotel staff was unprofessional. I will not come again and also I don’t recomand this place. Super expendive for what they offer

Terrible experience. We stayed 1 week and were expecting more for the money that we paid.Business done with low costs and poor quality; most of the employees were children and no experince. Rooms were not clean, full of mold, dust and we also had ants in the room. The gardens were not maintained, the entire resort looks bad outside and inside. Not to mention the food - it was supposed to be all inclusive where you would expect good quality and variety. We only had 2 types of side dishes and 2 types of meat, dessert bought from supermarket and put on the table; almost same dishes for lunch and dinner; we had to ask them to bring more food all the time, as they were not filling it back in when consumed. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Very low quality and very expensive for what they offer. The only thing that looked decent was the pool area. Other then that - a wasteland.
