L’hotel si presenta pulito e moderno. Nelle camere la pulizia non può considerarsi la stessa: si possono trovare facilmente macchie o polvere. La zona piscina è molto accogliente. Panorama dal tetto meraviglioso. Il cibo è molto buono ma la colazione un po’ monotona e i pancakes quasi sempre bruciati. In generale consiglio questo hotel in quanto ubicato in una zona tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza con Las Americas. Nota negativa per le attività: mi accingo a fare yoga nell’orario stabilito dall’hotel ma essa non è mai stata effettuata (il motivo non si è capito in quanto l’insegnante parlava l’inglese in maniera poco chiara). Hotel posto a fianco della stazione dei bus e di fronte a Siam Park. Consiglio l’hotel ma probabilmente ci si aspetta qualcosa di più da un quattro stelle.

Schon die Reaktion unseres Transferfahrers hätte uns stutzig werden lassen müssen. Ankommen im Hotel mussten wir gleich die Bettwäsche wechseln lassen, Haare und andere Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorbesitzer. Die gewechselte Bettwäsche war leider nur marginal besser, dafür war der Rest des Zimmers noch schön speckig, besonders möchte ich die fettigen Handabdrücke über dem Bett bemerken. Das Essen ist ausschließlich englisch, wie der Großteil der Gäste. All Inklusive Getränke müssen selbst gezapft werden und sind dementsprechend "lecker". Wer am Tag die Baustelle genießen wollte, war herzlich dazu eingeladen. In der Nacht hatte man Freude am piependen, rückwärtsfahrenden Busverkehr, dieser kommt kontinuierlich vom Busbahnhof direkt hinter dem Hotel, oder man lauscht den sich übergebenden Gästen. Der extra gebuchte Meerblick geht direkt auf das Nachbarhotel, da alle Zimmer in die gleiche Richtung schauen. Und die zwei Pools sind lediglich einer, da der andere nur für die Zimmer mit Privat Pool sind. Das Personal spricht nur so lange Fremdsprachen, solange man sich nicht beschwert. Wir haben dank der Reiseleitung vor Ort im Urlaub noch das Hotel gewechselt und diesen damit gerettet.

Had a lovely stay was exactly what we wanted. Quiet hotel, food was excellent, always lots of choice, all inclusive drinks were good. Hotel was clean, room was lovely, cleaned daily, rooftop area was nice and quiet away from pool area. Only negative was you had to go from 9th floor to go get drinks. Great location for walking into town. Entertainment suited the hotel. We checked out at 12.00 and wasn’t picked up until 5.30, our all inclusive bands were not removed so we got lunch before we left. Overall great holiday and would return. A group of lads arrived mid holiday, were noisy, playing music early in morning, shouting but they were quickly told by staff to tone it down. It’s not a hotel for a group, more for couples.

Do not stay here. Worst hotel have stayed in at Tenerife. Security were good enough to watch your every move inside the hotel but allowed a group of 8-10 teens to come inside the hotel who were not residents and they stole my partners phone while he went to the toilet. They should not have been inside the hotel. When we asked for cctv the next day they said the cameras were not working. Don’t laugh or make a sound around the pool either because it is radio silence only. Have never left a review for anywhere before but this hotel is a disgrace.

Went here with my sister and we got upgraded to room with our own pool it was good for my sister as she not good on her feet we was so made up staff are so nice and rooms are beautiful we going back in June 26th can not wait just hope we it upgraded this time as I tried to get it but they said try near time so fingers crossed best place we been thanks to all the staff x

Avoid this hotel! I was there with my friend. We had in our room a lot of bedbugs. And when I woke up in the morning I saw a lot of bites on my Neck and hands. The day after there were much more also on my face and that dots started to itch. We changed the room but we had to throw away our clothes and disinfected luggage. The hotel staff didn't help us. Unfortunatelly another guests were admitted to this room...
