We loved our stay at the resort. We stayed in Las Villas which I would highly recommend. Great for peace and quiet, but can also enjoy the rest the resort has to offer. Lots of good restaurants and bars with some good entertainment. We weren’t a fan of the beach, but personal preference we enjoyed the resort pools much more.

So many amazing things about the hotel but a few very avoidable niggles let it down. We stayed in the villas and the accommodation is incredible, we travelled as a family of 4 and loads of room, seperate sleeping rooms and the bathroom was great! The slight let down was the air con wasn’t working in the bedroom - these things happen but the response was a bit poor. We had to ring twice for it to be noted, then a technician came & looked at it and said it’s fine (it wasn’t!). After an hour of conversation with the main reception we got a fan and an offer to move villas the next day. Again, not bad but the move was to be fully done by ourselves - at this point, everything was unpacked and would have lost hours moving. Other issues were minor, such as the kids club being relocated to a small room vs the great space on the website and having to ring multiple times to get a cleaning service. Overall, hotel was great, would 100% recommend the villas vs standard accommodation but don’t expect Sani/Ikos levels of service.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a 1 x bed villa in Las Villas and the service was second to none. Rooms were beyond expectation, staff in this area were in a class of their own and the additional touches were the best Ive had in any hotel worldwide. Its actually better than a Four Seasons. Highly highly recommended and we will be back for sure

This was our 3rd stay The Villas in Bahia Del Duque and we are already looking to return for our 4th! The villas are beautiful, spacious and luxurious with gorgeous private pools. The benefit of having the main villa pool area which is peaceful is first class and the staff are truly wonderful! It is lovely to part of the overall hotel complex too which is stunning and the location to other areas outside the hotel is perfect!!

I’ve stayed at the villas in this hotel many times over the years and it’s just excellent. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful villas. They have massively improved their restaurant vegan options over the last couple of years and each restaurant has its own vegan menu. The food is delicious and nutritious which is a bonus these days when you’re vegan. The villas have their own private reception and pool and the staff are amazing.

Es war gut, geht aber besser bei 5 Sternen.
