The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.
The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.
The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.
The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.
on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.
the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.
next to the kitchen there is an outside dining table with 6 dining chairs and a barbecue.
the villa is equipped with:
- Wifi;
- Towels (also for the pool), bedding and blankets;
- Iron and iron table;
- Washing Machine;
- Dishwasher;
- TV;

Espectacular
Queríamos agradecerte sinceramente por tu amabilidad y el excelente trato durante nuestra estancia. La villa estaba perfecta, todo muy cuidado y tal como lo esperábamos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto y hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Sin duda, repetiríamos encantados. ¡Gracias por todo!

Villa in Adeje - 3/25
Wir waren mit 5 Personen in dieser wundeschönen Villa ! Wir haben die Zeit genossen, tolles Haus...wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Im Haus alles Sauber und gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Terasse mit Pool, alles sehr gepflegt. Man konnte vom Haus auf das Meer schauen und auf die Insel Gomera sehen. Wir würde das Haus immer wieder mieten und können es gut empfehlen.

Schöne Villa in toller Umgebung
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Alessandria verbracht. Alessandro war ein perfekter Gastgeber, Kommunikation und Check-in bestens. Die Villa selbst liegt in einem sehr schönen Wohngebiet, ruhige Umgebung, aber gute Anbindung. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch um mehr von der wunderschönen Insel Teneriffa zu sehen. In der Villa gibt es eine super Küchenaustattung und der Pool ist fantastisch. Alles andere an Mobiliar war zeitgemäß und gut.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühleffekt
Wunderbares, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool und gehobener Ausstattung. Alles, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter reibungslos und stets freundlich.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und den stressigen Alltag hinter uns lassen können. Absolut empfehlenswert

Saubere,gepflegte Villa,mit allem was man benötigt
Perfekte Villa für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub mit Freunden oder Famillie,sehr schöner Außenbereich mit beheiztem Pool,im Haus gab es alles was man benötigt.Sehr ruhige Lage!Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand!Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer ereichbar!Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit der Klimanlage,eine Nachricht an den Vermieter gesendet und dieser hat sofort zurückgerufen und einen Techniker vorbeigeschickt!
