Extremely expensive, for one night we spent in a double room 414 euros, very basic room, bathroom without heating, low level breakfast with cheap pastry, cheap juice, ony the water was good enough. TO BE AVOIDED. We will file a complaint with the tourist office today. *** ESTREMAMENTE COSTOSO, abbiamo speso 414 euro per una sola notte e per una camera doppia, camera molto basica, bagno senza riscaldamento, colazione a livelli di ostello, pessima qualità, succhi di frutta imbevibili. Scriviamo alla pro-loco, Cortina non può essere così maltrattata da albergatori che speculano.

Spent here 3 night in total, and had a great time. The staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms are quite big (not very modern but well kept), the breakfast was amazing with lots of different food. Location is also wonderful and is a few minutes drive from Cortina and Cinco Torre. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that was kind of annoying is the wifi reception on the rooms.

I booked 2 rooms 3 months in advance, with a flexible rate. The hotel tried to charge the rooms 2 weeks before our arrival, as per their terms, but in the meantime my credit card had expired (they knew about the expiry date when I booked). Instead of emailing me asking for my new credit card details, they cancelled my booking 2 weeks before the trip without notice (although I had the plane tickets booked). I had to re-book the rooms on their website, at a higher rate. They refused to refund the difference (an additional €280!) when I asked, which is really dishonest and shocking. Overall the service was terrible.

The hotel’s location is far away from everything! Literally everything: slopes, Cortina, other valleys, etc!!!! And it is located in a curve after quite a steep rise with the car and not without danger from traffic. It had none of the services it had advertised, some we understood due to Covid restrictions (sauna) but the fact is there is nothing else at the hotel, and at 18:00 h there is not even any hotel personnel around to assist with anything or even an emergency if there was one, until the next morning. We asked for a late check-out which they had offered to us via email and they rudely denied it, and also we asked to have breakfast at 9:30 and we were told that they would close the dining room at that hour. In conclusion, there are many hotels in the area you can choose from, and likely cheaper, which are a better option.

Sto trascorrendo qui due settimane per motivi di lavoro e devo dire che mi sto trovando veramente bene. Albergo tranquillo e accogliente, panorama mozzafiato e colazione da re. Credo che ci tornerò...questa volta però in vacanza!

Hotel a 10 minuti dal centro di cortina; camere spaziose ben pulite , con però tv che non funziona. Colazione a buffet con buona possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. L’accesso alle piste non è possibile “ sci ai piedi “ ma occorre prendere l’auto per spostarsi di qualche curva. Personale garbato e disponibile
