This pleasant and quiet property offers 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed with additional sleeping available with a fold-out couch in the living room. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. You can lounge around and enjoy the heating or AC and take advantage of the WiFi with guest log-in provided for Hulu and Disney+. You will also find a outdoor trampoline in the back yard for any extra energy the family has after a day away. This beautiful house has everything to make your stay enjoyable. Overall an enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of towels and supplies were on hand and easily accessible. The house does need a few minor repairs, but no show stoppers.

Cortez Stay
It was a nice, clean comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed. The outside wasn’t as nice because they were installing a new fence, and the yard wasn’t kept up, but we were only there in the evening and by that time the workers were almost finished. Check in was easy, communications from David were friendly and easy to understand and follow.

Great stay while visiting Mesa Verde NP!
Travelled from Fort Collins with friends and wanted to stay together. Cortez was great and the house in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice place in a Quiet area
We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good at communicating with us about our stay and giving us the information we needed. The house was cute, the beds comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed.

Clean home in quiet neighborhood near the entrance to Mesa Verde
We needed a place to stay near Mesa Verde and this was perfect. The home was clean, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. The beds comfy and the host responsive.
