到馬德里的時間比較晚，所以選擇了他們家。 酒店的設施蠻好的，除了沒有免費的瓶裝水，幾乎和國內快捷酒店差不多，連牙刷牙膏都有提供；附近就有兩家中型超市包括家樂福，不遠處還有一家7點就營業的咖啡館，真好； 離地鐵站幾分鐘路程，衹是已經屬於B區，到主要景點還是有一點距離的，但是沒有感覺不方便。 對了，房間外面還有一個陽台。

Overall a good hotel and a pleasant stay. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well as complimentary water which isn't too much to ask these days. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests and there was only one coffee machine meaning there was a permanent queue. There is a small gym which desperately needs air conditioning and would benefit from some music.

雖然距離T1/2/3號樓很近，但機場路繞來繞去並不適合步行過去，因為完全可以坐101路車，衹要1.5歐，坐兩站路，下車穿過馬路，上一小段樓梯，再走一點點路，就到了，完全不會累。用google導一下航更保險。床墊非常好，房間裏面很暖和，網速非常快。每個床鋪有自己的小燈，一個小布簾保證私隱，有點大學宿舍的意思。作為轉機時的絕佳選擇。房間裏的廁所不方便，但房間外還有一個公用的大衞生間，還可以洗澡，總體來説已經相當滿意。

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. Mi opinión sobre este Hotel es excelente. La primera vez que fui fue hace dos años y tanto la atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel, la limpieza y la disponibilidad en todo momento es algo que en muy pocos sitios se encuentran. La ubicación está genial, porque está a 10/15 mnt andando del centro de Fuenlabrada, para de metro cerca y para mí que viajo en coche siempre es importante el tema de parking y lo tienen y gratis. Por lo tanto, si queréis un Hotel limpio, con un personal atento y en el que se pueda descansar sin escuchar ruidos varios, os recomiendo este sin dudas alguna. Recomendable al 100%.

We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and *********** also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.

Hotel de lo más normal. Todo iba dentro de lo esperado hasta que se nos ocurrió sacar una botella de agua de la máquina. Nos trago 1;50. Le comentamos lo ocurrido al borde de la recepción y su contestación fue que el no era responsable de la máquina que era de un vending y que suele pasar. A lo cual le pedimos una solución, nos dijo que llamasemos al teléfono que ponía en la máquina. El tío un tanto chulito. Le dijimos que por lo menos si estaba estropeada la apagase para que no le pasase a más gente, y nos contesta que no es cosa suya. Por lo que entiendo que se llevará el dinero que se queda la máquina Por los malos modales pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones. Las habitaciones son de lo más normal, colchón duro y almohadas blandas.
