Minpunten · Complete ramp ! Het appartement was echt vies, badkamer vloer vol met schimmel.Kussens en matras waren zeer ernstig bevlekt. Ons terras lag in het restaurant en dat was echt vreselijk totaal geen privacy. Op de website zijn de foto's van ( appartement toegankelijk voor mindervaliden) bewerkt zodat het lijkt alsof je uitzicht hebt op de tuin, Maar dat is complete misleiding. Om 5 uur 's ochtends begint het restaurant personeel een enorm lawaai te maken door stoelen en tafels te verplaatsen. Er werd ook maar 1x in de 8 dagen schoongemaakt en dan moesten we nog zelf om schone handdoeken vragen.

Een ruim appartement, vlakbij het centrum en met een achter ingang aan het beste zandstrand, naast een heel fijne strandtent (Toro Beach). Fijn om je eigen ruime appartement te hebben. Het is schoon, ligt aan het (niet verwarmde) zwembad en locatie is perfect. We komen hier zeker terug!

muy buena experiencia. falta un restaurante el el hotel pq es lejos del centro y hay que caminar para cenar en un restaurante. Los trabajadores muy amables. Habitaciones limpias. Desayuno muy bueno .

Was worried after reading poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised..I agree apartments have seen better days ( we had a pool view)but it was spotlessly clean staff were hard working and lovely Excellent location close to beach ...extremely peaceful stay Would definitely go back

Panic, Bleach, and a Killer View – Our D03 Reality Check Total panic after reading the D03 review – it was savage. I mean, yeah, it’s rated 2 stars… but the location is a solid 5 stars (and then some). Walked in expecting a disaster, but nope – the place was clean as a whistle. Was there a bit of a pong in the bathroom? Sure. Solution: bleach + air freshener = no drama. The fan’s got cardboard-ish spacers (DIY vibes), the curtain poles are doing their best Titanic impression, and the appliances are slowly rusting into retirement. Oh, and a few scuffs on the walls – shocking for a holiday rental, right? 🙄 But hey – it’s humid, it’s coastal, and people are in and out of this place constantly. It’s not a showroom, it’s a holiday base. And for that, it’s spot on. We had an absolutely fab first day. Wi-Fi? Fast. Shower? Decent. Views? Drop-dead gorgeous. Coffee table’s a bit battered, but I’ve already put my feet on it, so I’m hardly helping the situation. Bottom line: If you want spotless perfection, book a spa resort. If you’ve got a bit of common sense and want a comfy base to crash between beach trips and ice creams, this place is a win. Curious to see what I’ll say by the end of the week!

Just back from here. We had a fab 7 days. We were in 2 bed sea view D05. If your coming here expecting the earth your not going to get it. We didn't arrive till 12am and did struggle to find our room. The door is inside the restaurant with the smallest numbers on the door which were very easily missed. The living room had aircon which worked a treat, the 2 rooms had ceiling fans that done nothing but rotate the warm air. Twin room was in the main part of the apartment and a double room was situated at the back of the apartment, separated by an outside area (which is a total waste of space, that could be utilised into something great). We had free WiFi that again worked a treat. The double room had a huge comfy bed. Cleaners came in once during the week but no clean towels just a general tidy round. The outside patio area was huge with 4 sunbeds and a table & 4 chairs. It was a suntrap. We were directly above the restaurant but we heard or smelt nothing other than the singers they had on. The kitchen area was very small but we had no intention of cooking. We ate out every meal so only used the kettle. We did have ants appear most days but bug spray was in the cupboard so no biggy to us. I'd maybe take some ant traps just incase. You have a free safe which was handy and the view was incredible. All in all we had a great stay and would stay here again as it is top notch for location.

The apartment was clean and fresh although dated. The pool area was acceptable but the glass surround could do with a clean. Great access to the beach and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. I wouldn't stay here again

OK, we have just arrived back (03/07/25). room 11 RUBIA The good points . Beds comfy Location Great. The end. Negative Points. Reception assistance awful. The cleaning of the rooms non-existent, twice in 14 days. The smell of sewage occurred on a regular basis in the apartment. But the worst part was the continual smell of grease from the restaurant at the front of the apartment was nauseating , you could not have the windows open.
