H10海洋杜納斯飯店-限成人入住(H10 Ocean Dunas - Adults Only)

H10 Ocean Dunas, Corralejo, Fuerteventura. Firstly a few points about the hotel: • It is very clean and well decorated and thanks to ALL the brilliant staff (Front desk: Mano & Jonathan were great) • The atmosphere is calm, quiet, relaxed, mainly mature holidaymakers and like a little oasis in the town • Location is 25m from the main street (but almost no noise at all) and 100m from the beach Now some pointers about the rooms around the main area: • The hotel is only two storeys and shaped as a square, ( 80 rooms) with a lovely salt-water pool and ample sun beds – only one room has a sea view and can only be ordered by booking directly through the hotel! • Room balconies/terraces are big enough for two sunbeds, two chairs and a small table • There’s a €2 charge per day to hire the room safe, we’ve never had this in a 4* hotel before • On TV there’s only two “English” channels, Sky news & Sky Arts- I would have expected more for UK guests? • Rooms are beautifully clean with quality bed linens and various lighting arrangements, kettle & hairdryer • Rooms 101 – 110 (groundfloor) and 201- 210 (upper floor) get the sun during the morning mostly • Rooms 141 – 149 (groundfloor) and 246 -254 (upper floor) get the sun in the afternoon mostly • Rooms 231 – 236 are junior suites ( above the restaurant , almost no noise to speak of) get the sun all day and benefit from double showers! All rooms have AC. • There are also rooms at the rear of the hotel which overlook the “secret garden”( which is beautiful, quiet, with water feature and has shaded areas and plenty of seats/sunbeds) • The lower rooms here are 137-140, 123-127 and 120-122 • The upper rooms here are 241-245, 132-136 and 128-130 Food at the hotel: ( we can only comment on breakfast and evening meals) • If you enjoy cereal for breakfast the choice is poor, only basic cornflakes and a museli • There is always a variety of fruits, yoghurts, smoothies fruit juice and Cava! • Cooked foods are varied but at best luke-warm and the glass covers are removed when it’s busy - so cools down even faster! • There’s a good variety of breads and bread buns, assorted pastries and small cakes • TRAVELLERS TIP – you can request a fresh omelette & ask for a pot of hot water for tea( but they don’t tell you this) • You need to inform reception what time you’d like to eat in the evening. Be aware their system isn’t 100% reliable. • There is A La Carte service but we were misled by previous reviews. Food is good but NOT A La Carte quality • For the evening meal there’s always soup ( but some odd recipes, eg red cabbage & pear) • A good variety of appetisers and always a range of salad vegetables. • Main course you order daily and it’s cooked for you. We only had a problem one night , cold plates

Spontaan ontvangen bij receptie, je voelt je welkom. Kamer erg mooi, alles fris en schoon. Mooie badkamer. Helaas geen sunloungers op ons balkon, anderen wel. Wij hebben plastic stoeltjes. Jammer. Kluisje is tegen betaling. Hotel bij boulevard wat een plus is qua winkelen / eten. Supermarkt dichtbij, erg goedkoop.

Ha sido una estancia de una semana en un hotel ideal. Lo reservamos por su situación, esta prácticamente en el centro de Corralejo. Una vez allí nos dimos cuenta que los servicios del hotel son excelentes: piscina, gimnasio, cafetería con terraza, buenas habitaciones, ...Se puede disfrutar de las excursiones de Fuerteventura y al llegar al hotel disfrutar de la tranquilidad y de los servicios que te ofrecen el Ocean Dunas. Mención especial para el personal. Encantadores, amables, atentos, ... Un "10" para H10. Seguiré confiando en esa cadena. Marian y Jose

El hotel es una auténtica maravilla y lo más importante la atención de todo el personal, inmejorable. Está muy bien situado en el centro de Corralejo. Teníamos media pensión, desayuno buffet estupendo y cena buffet primer plato y a elegir a la carta el segundo,que te lo hacen en el momento, con una atención como he dicho exquisita.

La estancia fue excelente. El trato del personal fue muy cordial, atentos en todo y siempre diligentes con cualquier petición. Las instalaciones limpias y todo cuidado hasta el último detalle. La comida a la carta muy fresca, buffet variado todos los días. Muy recomendable y con intenciones de repetir

Estuve en verano y prometí que repetiría la experiencia por qué había sido maravillosa si hay algo que se puede destacar de este hotel es el servicio , es no sólo excelente si no que te hacen sentir como en casa tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante Mención especial a Jonathan que te recibe de forma espectacular a Wiliam siempre preocupado por qué el servicio sea perfecto y el cliente este contento y a Camila... Aunque realmente todo el personal es estupendo me encanta que siempre sonríen Por supuesto volveré...

Piccolo e ben curato nello stile e nel design. Bene il check-in anche se subito dopo ci si rende conto che manca l’ascensore. È solo un piano ed il personale si prende cura dei bagagli. Ma un quattro stelle non può permettersi una tale carenza. Altra carenza inspiegabile è quella dell’aspiratore nel bagno senza finestra. Inoltre abbiamo notato che i lavabi non sono dotati dello scarico “troppo pieno” che, in caso si dimentichi il rubinetto aperto, evita di allagare il locale. I buffet sufficienti ma non ricchi, sia al mattino che a cena. La sera il piatto principale alla carta viene servito placé. Avevamo una junior suite che mi sarei aspettato più grande. In compenso la terrazza è ampia e ben arredata. Personale molto gentile ed una menzione particolare per Alessandro, giovane e professionale receptionist che si prende cura di ogni necessità del cliente. Vediamo se riescono a migliorare quei punti…….

Un hotel tranquilo,donde poder disfrutar cada rincón con su gran estilo decorativo. Cerca del mar y con vistas excelentes. Destacar el buen funcionamiento del equipo directivo en saber gestionar a todo su personal, el cual ofrece un trato genial a los huéspedes, ofreciendo todo tipo de servicios que nos hacen sentir como estar en casa. El servicio de hostelería y de limpieza también está muy cuidado.Un hotel que invita a repetir la experiencia

Desde la recepción hasta la salida, todo el personal super atento, amable, simpático, la habitación cómoda, silenciosa,grande y la comida buenísima y variada, no pude estar mejor. Aperitivo de bienvenida, me obsequiaron con un cóctel y tubieron un detalle por ser mi cumpleaños.
