La habitación tenia varios detalles de desgaste y falta d mantenimiento, una de las cerraduras de la puerta no funcionaba, ni una lampara, olor a humedad en habitación, olor extraño en elevador y en pasillos.

Debe modernizar el Mobiliario está en malas condiciones los sillones cama da mal aspecto

The free breakfast was bland and tasteless. The TV in the room kept playing weather warnings for North Texas, the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This interrupted normal programming BOTH days! Why are weather alerts for an area hundreds of miles from Corpus Christi playing where they DON'T need to be?! This was bizarre.

Everything was good until i was woken up in the middle of the night with disturbance from the next room. The walls are too thin and you can hear all the action going on. Other than that it was all good.

Very good experience. It’s worth for the price we paid. Rooms are very specious. Front desk staff was very nice Excellent experience!

I arrived to find that the pipes had burst in the hotel. Most of the rooms had flooded to where the staff had to move people to other rooms. They offered me a different room but their key pad didn't work. In turn I would have to have a staff member open my door each time I'd leave. The staff was very nice and apologized but I chose to cancel my reservation and go to a different hotel.

every time we leave the room they key would stop working, this started as soon as we checked in. we were given 2 keys and got to our room and only one worked. after our second night we noticed bugs on the couch and they refused to change us into a different room until I stated I will be disputing the charge with my bank... I was tole I would be discounted and a manager would call me but noone ever called

There was roaches in my room a long with bugs I can’t describe. Clusters of bugs. We were moved to another room which of course we were sketchy about. Could not sleep because my mind was telling my body there were bugs in the bed lol. Definitely not staying there again.
