凱藝飯店(Quality Inn)

******* never informed Quality that I was arriving and had booked and paid for a room. I don't carry a smart phone, so the reservation clerk tried calling *******. She could not get past the voice mailbox. Quality allowed me network access on my laptop, and I was able to show her the e-mail from ******* confirming the reservation & payment. Quality not only found a room for me, but gave me an upgrade from Queen to King Suite. Bravo to Quality and a big BOO! to *******.

Very friendly service at check in, ideas for tours and things to do were offered. Room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was your typical continental fare, nothing particular stood out and the scrambled eggs were of inferior quality. Overall, a nice stay at a clean modern hotel. Note: This place has no elevators

Hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to Corning Museum of Glass and all the shops on Market St. Our room had kind of a Musty smell and when you first pull up to the hotel it looks a little shabby. But all in all it was fine for me and my husband

Unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed in, once I made the reservation here I was unable to cancel it. This was unfortunate predictor of my subsequent experience. Rate was usurious, no elevator & no rooms available on 1st floor for seniors, beds so high a vault required to enter, wifi abysmally slow, & no TV (cord absent).

I stayed for two nights the room was spacious and quiet. It was very comfortable and it was a small getaway for myself. I would recommend the Quality inn for anyone's stay. My coworker also mentioned that her and her husband stay at the Quality inn when they go south on vacation.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were some minor problems due to the hotel’s age such as sticking doors but nothing that affected our stay. There was a lot of variety for breakfast.

The rooms were updated, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great and included Gluten Free options - including make your own gf waffles with a dedicated waffle machine. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
