Quick overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable,and quiet. Breakfast was also very good. Overall great stay

Everything was fine but breakfast. No coffee couldn’t find anyone to refill. Food was dry. Tried to make coffee in my room. Nothing for stirring coffee. Minor but irritating.

Very nice hotel that we have stayed in numerous times. Convenient to the highway and many shopping and dining options nearby.

None better as far as accommodations, hospitality, breakfast, cleanliness, and safe.

Very clean and conveniently right off the freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town to attend the Carolina Renaissance Festival. I had attended a few weeks previously, and stayed at a different hotel. I decided to treat myself to a nicer hotel this time, but I would have been happier at the prior accommodations. The room itself appeared nice, and it was nice to have a sofa, but there were issues. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and I had a great deal of trouble sleeping. The floor was dirty - I don't like wearing shoes, so I go barefoot indoors most of the time. My feet were black from the floors in the room. Also, the bath mat provided was threadbare. Another issue was the fact that I could hear every flush of the toilet and running of water from the room above. None of these issues were problematic enough to cause me to leave and try to find another hotel, though I feel there should be better oversight on housekeeping. On the good side, the coffee was excellent, and always hot in the morning! The breakfast was not to my liking, but it did seem to be varied. Overall, I was very disappointed, and I am not inclined to stay at this particular hotel again. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns in the past, and I know I will again, but I will give this one a pass.

Left a pair of sunglasses in my room after checkout. They were very helpful in having them shipped to my house. Great job

The first thing my daughter said when we walked in to the room was that it smelled good. We were comfortable in our beds, had a great night's sleep. Bathroom was great, especially the lighting. Some are so bright. I did step on a chicken wing bone by the bed. We did not have chicken wings. And if bacon could be a choice at breakfast that'd be perfect. Will definitely stay again.

It worked for our overnight stop on the way to Florida, just needed a place to sleep. Really pretty area and breakfast was decent. We normally stay at the Hampton inn but their pricing has gone through the roof!
