"A very bad experience which is still ongoing. I received a parking fine after my stay and have been trying to get it paid back. The stone gate group who run the establishment have washed their hands of it and have asked me “the customer” to seek legal advice!. At no point have I been approached either by the hotel or Stonegate to reimburse the cost of the fine. I’ve tried several times to contact the hotel and each time it’s “yes we’re looking into it” or “it was the previous manager and we’re trying to contact him” Be careful before you book regarding the parking situation as you could be out of pocket !"
