科拉爾維爾麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Coralville, IA)

We had stayed 4 nights. We visited our new granddaughter my son and wife lived in Iowa City which was about 15 mins or so away from this location (Coralville) so very convenient getting back and forth on and off the highway. Lots of places to eat and shopping everywhere. Overall the rooms were very clean appreciated the microwave and mini fridge too. Bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit small. The breakfast buffet which was okay we enjoyed the coffee bar throughout the day and waffles- biscuits not so much. Overall it was a nice property and will stay again!

This might be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked out 3 days early (losing money) because I just could not stay another day. One of the guests nearby or above (a family of 4) were so loud that I could hear everything they said because they were all screaming. When the kids started jumping up and down, my whole bed and room shook. This went on until 11pm each night. Also, the bed was so bad that I still have back pain.

I have stayed here many times in the past with no issues, but this time it seemed a bit dirty, our room smelled like feet and the pool was “out of order” so we couldn’t even enjoy the pool or hot tub that evening. I was very disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon.

Our door lock broke and we found a bag of baby food and toys in our room. The front desk person was not competent and did not even apologize for the broken we had to wait for them to look for the overwrite key before we were checking out and did not say anything about the bag of garbage we found in our room when we first checked in. We liked the layout of the room.

When we first got here and got outta the truck and walk on concrete instantly slipped and fell on the ice and went in and told them!!!!! Then we checked into the room and our heat didn’t work in our room!!!!! Bad experience and got no help really

Our room smelled like a locker room. It was damp with a stinky sock, shin guard, jock strap, wet dog smell. It was terrible. You have to clean the carpets.

Fire alarm sounded at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning requiring evacuation and fire department response both times. We paid $$$ for a short nap since we departed during the second event. We missed their breakfast and took a nap at a church parking lot before sunrise to make it home safely. Not happy customers…

The pet fee at $35 per pet per night was ridiculous!

Pet deposit of $ 35 dollars per dog is ridiculous! Never ever paid that! Says you have bar in the evening. You don’t ! Change your website! And but the pet charge on the website! Would have never booked it and will never again!!!
