科普利套房飯店(Copley Inn & Suites, Copley - Akron)

Cet hôtel a surement connu de meilleurs jours. On croirait qu'ils n'y font plus d'entretien depuis un bon bout de temps: meubles brisés, nouvelle peinture vraiment nécessaire et le ménage est fait au strict minimum. L'endroit paraissait bien sur les photos ( peut-être photos avant COVID) et le prix etait correct mais c'est vraiment mediocre! Cherchez un autre hebergement!

Dirty. Shower didn't work. This little Indian dude tried to put me in two other rooms that were close (didn't want to have to move everything I brought too far) and the showers in there didn't work either. Finally I said I would just take a shower in a different room and go back to mine. No vending. Were also doing demo in the room next to me. Lol. Awful place.

I liked the fact that the person at the desk at check-in was very nice and courteous and answered any questions I had. Property was very clean and appealing.

I woke up to two knots on my face from something biting me. And there was a dead bug in the window seal. More cleaning and spraying for bugs needs to be done at this establishment.

We were staying here for two days and the rooms were good and a welcoming staff. Would definitely stay there again. It’s close to a lot shopping options and not to far away from Boston or Salem if you would like to go there for Halloween as we did.

Check in went great. Staff was friendly. Room wasnt very clean. The toilet had brown streaks on the sides of it.

I would rate it a 5 star, however the elevator broke down, ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work, mold on the shower curtain, mattress could be thrown out and replaced

We found cockroaches in our room! The bathroom wasn’t clean. On a flip note, they don’t have bed bugs!

Never again. This place was quite possibly the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in. The smell (I don’t know know what it was but it wasn’t cleaning product because nothing was clean) was overwhelming everywhere. Dresser was broken. Stains on sheets and furniture. Cracking peeling paint everywhere. Drips of god knows what coming down the walls and doors. Every single thing was filthy. There was a hair in the washcloth that was not from anyone in our party. Also, the motion activated lights in the room cannot be stopped. Every time I rolled over the lights went on. In fact the only time the light went off and stayed that way was when I was showering at which point I had to shave in total darkness.
