夏洛特避風港飯店(Charlottehaven)

Estuvimos en Julio/23 alojados el The Tower ( El hotel tiene un edificio y una Torre que están separados por la calle), en una habitación espectacular, que es más bien un estudio con zona de estar, mueble cocina, zona dormitorio y muchos ventanales a 3 orientaciones. El mobiliario moderno y con toda la tecnología actual. Está perfectamente insonorizado. Te dan ganas de quedarte unos días sin salir. Vistas al mar y nueva zona de apartamentos de gente danesa. No es zona turística, pero tiene una parada de metro nueva, moderna y súper cuidada. El metro nuevo. En 4 paradas (8 minutos) llegas al centro de Copenhague.

Superbe 🤩 nous avons eu un immense appartement au dernier étage avec vue sur la mer ( surclassement ) , et une bouteille de champagne nous attendait !!! l’appartement est très bien agencé et équipé , luminosité exceptionnelle, l’hôtel possède une superbe piscine et une salle de sport également. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter du superbe brunch le matin 3 jours de suite (Pâques ) . L’hôtel est proche du métro , idéal pour rejoindre le centre ville . Tout était parfait 👍

Super lækker lejlighed i Tower 13 etage med den flotteste udsigt over københavn. Morderne faciliteter og alt til madlavning hvis man vil.

The apartments are spacious and very well equipped. We spent two separate weeks there with a long weekend on Bornholm in between. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We stored some luggage with Charlottehaven during our weekend away. We stayed there in February and have already booked to return next April. Very convenient for the Metro and the railway line and both these services are extremely efficient and frequent. Our only comment is that there was no security box in either of the apartments we used. One was installed after a couple of days in the first apartment but they should have been in place. There was also quite a lot of building work going on in adjacent buildings and some renovation work in Charlottehaven. The welcome packs are ideal and a worthwhile extra. A couple of supermarkets are close by and Meny is the one we prefer and recommend. We find these apartments our preferred place to stay in Copenhagen which we visit several times each year.

You have the best of two worlds, the modern Nordhavn and the beautiful Österbro neighborhood. Close to public transport, shopping and restaurants. Not even 10 Minutes via Metro to the city center, from Oceankaj you can take the waterbus. I stayed in an apartment with panoramic view in the upper floor of tower 4. The view was the best I ever had, apartment has a great nordic design and is very well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed 5 nights and it felt like a home away from home.

I really enjoyed the home automated system, the views (being able to see the sunrise and sunset without obstruction), the gym (which had all the equipment I like to use), the location (near the train station) and the staff (cordial and helpful). Unfortunately, some personal items were removed from my room during my stay. I was credited 500DKK which was a kind gesture but I was still concerned about potentially broken protocols or policies that needed to be revisited. For example, I had the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign on the door but housekeeping still entered. Also, there was a camera over my door which apparently showed all activity at my door throughout the day and night. I was promised I could see the video of footage during the day my items went missing but due to a communication issue among staff, the video was deleted before I had an opportunity to see it. I reached out to the front office manager, who I worked with from the start of the incident, and the director to try to get these concerns addressed, e.g. if housekeeping still enters the room to empty the trash when the DND sign is on the door, please inform guests so they know. Also, I suggested that when there is an incident under investigation, perhaps it would be good to have a protocol in place to retain the video that may useful in the investigation for longer than the default 3 day period. After a few attempts to resolve my concerns or at least receive acknowledgement of the issues before posting this review, I have not received a response despite the fact that I was promised a response twice. I sincerely hope my experience was and will remain a one-off situation.

Appartement hôtel situé à distance de marche d’une épicerie et du Métro. Facile d’accéder aux différents quartiers de la ville de cet hôtel. Personnel courtois, heures étendues d’ouverture de la piscine et propreté exemplaire! Un seul mot : WOW !

Stayed in a spacious, very clean studio in Charlottehaven Towers for 4 nights. Excellent, very comfortable accommodation in Osterbro , .a 2 minute walk to the metro which is surely one of the cleanest, best designed and reliable public transport anywhere . Only small caveat is the absence of a microwave in the otherwise well equipped kitchen.
