可可飯店(Coco Hotel)

Booked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service. In my case I found all the opposite. First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating. Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information. Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed. Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile. Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.

Nice hotel which had a good atmosphere with the ground floor cafe area. Room was fairly small but the bathroom was well equipped. Overall a good place to stay and close to all amenities and the station.

Ein nettes Hotel, sauberes Bad, gute Lage-etwa 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Tivoli. Das Sagaparkhaus circa 400m entfernt. Eine nette Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Die Betten waren gut. Das Hotel verfügt über einen wunderschönen Innenhof. Immer wieder gerne.

Although the room is not very big, the location is convenient. The service attitude is really nice always with smile :)

zentrale lage schöner Flair und gutes frühstück räder ausleihen hat gut geklappt und das personal ist sehr bemüht gerne wieder

Dejligt hyggeligt hotel. Jeg havde et værelse ud til en baggård, og der var helt roligt... Helt indtil klokken ca 7.00 om morgene, så startede en meget larmende maskine ude i gården. Jeg ved ikke om det var et tilfælde (håndværkere måske?), eller det var en permanent installation, f.eks. ventilation eller lignende. Jeg skulle op og på arbejde alligevel - så jeg var glad - men tænker det havde være træls hvis jeg var på ferie. Uden den indtil videre udefinerede kilde til larm, så havde det været topkarakter.

Sehr sauberes, gemütliches Hotel mit äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeiter:innen. Ausstattung gut und schön. Umgebung Vesterbro bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gehentfernung und viele schöne und leckere Resraurants und Cafés.

This is a cute boutique hotel in a convenient location but the service was pretty terrible. My husband literally cut his foot on a piece of broken glass in our room. Then the shower flooded the bathroom so we were unable to use it for the night. The shower was fixed the next day and bandaids were offered but beyond that, we were not offered any sort of compensation. A clean room and functioning bathroom should be baseline, esp at a nice boutique hotel??

We were a bit taken back by the shabbiness and dangerous building design. Here are just a few hazards: Steps up to bathroom (elderly mother falling onto the floor thinking she could walk into the bathroom), steps to get into the second building, frayed edged rugs in the cafe (almost tripping), steps over and down to enter courtyard and need to step over door frame required to enter room. The service was inconsistent and our room wasn't cleaned the first day even though we asked the front desk and came back in the late afternoon. The receptionist,that we originally met was edgy and had us pull our baggage to the luggage hold, refused to check us in and held us up from check-in until almost 3pm even though we were suffering from jet lag. Of course there were two or three helpful people. Unfortunately, for some reason the switchboard operator tried to refuse to send up a call from my sister. A man intervened and gave us the call. We never knew who we would be dealing with. Management was missing.
