庫斯貝假日貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店

free breakfast was quite good. the internet was pretty good as well. location was excellent.

Motel très moyen pour le prix. Accueil pas sympa. Petit déjeuner correct. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

The room was good. It is an older hotel but was clean. Worn wood doors and trims. A bit worn in the bathroom. Could use clean/new caulk on the floor and cleaning. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good food and hot foods were kept hot. Staff was helpful and polite. Over all good location and worked out well for us. Thx

Old and out dated. Although rated best it was way below average for the price and quality. Staff was pleasant.

The staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel is between two main streets it was quiet at night. Close to many choices for meals and local attractions.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was ok, although keep in mind it's flanked on both sides by Highway 101. Check in time was 3:00 pm. I called at the day before arrival to ask about early check in because I needed to attend a funeral at 2:00 pm. I was informed I would have to pay $20 extra. I asked if there was a location I could use to just freshen up and change clothes after driving 6 hours, and the lady said that you could do that if you paid the additional $20. There was no attempt to make this happen and the hotel was not full that night...lots of empty parking spaces that were evident early the next day... I responded that they were already asking a very high amount ($238.00 for one night) and I thought it was crazy that they tack on that fee. After that the line went dead so I think it's pretty safe to assume they just flat hung up on me.
