Located in the heart of the majestic pocono mountains, this beautiful rustic lake house is nestled in a pristine, private pine forest and has all the makings for a magical, relaxing getaway. A short private trail through them leads you over a wooden bridge crossing our creek leading to a private alcove on the lake. Hanging lights light the way to and from the lake for a magical experience day or night. The home includes a wood fireplace, hot tub, sauna, game room with claw leg billiard table, ping pong table, dartboard, projector & screen with surround sound, and a bicycle for whomever would like to roam the quiet private community. The home includes four large bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, the third a full size double bunk beds with twin pullout, fourth room has a very comfortable sofa bed pullout. Fourth bedroom doubles as the study with a TV, DVD player, DVDs, bookcase with a variety of books, mirror vanity table with printer, paper, notebooks & pens. Living room has 50 inch TV with ample cozy seating, firestick, Wii console and wood fireplace. Two full bathrooms with all amenities and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The home is located just 2 hrs from NYC. 30 minutes to camelback ski resort and water park; 20 minutes from the Stroudsburg mall & outlets; 40 minutes from beautiful and quaint Jim Thorpe town. Supermarket, Pizzeria, Walmart, Aldis are all within 5 minute driving distance. Kalahari is 5 mins away and great wolf lodge 20 minutes. 30 minutes to majority of wine vineyards in the Pocono Vineyard trail. If interested in visiting wine vineyards we have some great suggestions. There are several beautiful lakefront restaurants only 20 minutes away as well. There is off street parking for up to 4 cars. Outside there is a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit with seating, a propane gas grill, propane is included and a partial view of the lake which is about 200 ft away.The kitchen has most items needed to make a nice meal such as a stove, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven combo, Keurig, dishwasher and refrigerator and blender. There are pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils, one roll of paper towels, dish liquid, a few dishwasher pods and a few garbage bags in the kitchen.Towels, linens, soap, shampoo & conditioner along with four rolls of toilet paper are provided. Please bring any other necessary personal items with you.Guest accessEntire house and yard.Lake access within walking distance includes small beach area. No swimming - No lifeguard on duty. You may swim at your own risk. You can fish from the shoreline, our lake is catch and release, or there are two boat launch sites.
