X季拉公寓(X Kirra Apartments)

Excellent location opposite Kirra Beach. Small pool and gym, close to restaurants and a short walk from Coolangatta. 5 mins drive from Coolangatta Airport apar**ent is clean. Stayed on a 2nd floor two bedroom apar**ent, comfortable beds with a very spacious balcony. Great cafe downstairs. Cable TV, Kitchen, Laundry. Recommend for the price it was fairly decent value for money in an area which can vary greatly in price and quality.

Overall our stay was excellent. Situated just a short walk to the beach and dining options, and a short drive to get groceries. Parking around the area itself is scarce however. Views are magnificent and the facilities are new and modern. During our stay there was very high winds which dislodged 2 glass panels from their balcony holdings but reception was quick to organise maintenance/repairs. The underground carpark is very tight and uses a "one way" traffic light system for entry and exit, which works well as long as everyone follows the rules! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great and we really enjoyed the handing egg chairs on the balcony to enjoy the morning sun, however I think they were unique to the apar**ent we stayed in. It is noisy outside place when the doors are open but that was ok with us. It would be nice if the balustrade and door glass were cleaned between stays. Note there are no amenities in the kitchen besides tea, coffee and sugar (no salt, pepper, oil or food wrapping which is strange when you have a full kitchen available). Check in was a pain because we arrived later than expected due to our flight being delayed. I had to phone someone who directed me to a lock box and was told the next morning I had to officially check in. There was no one at the reception the next morning and when we returned to our room we were locked out, only to find out we had to cross the road to another building to complete the check in process. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would try somewhere different next time.

We had an excellent relaxing family vacation. This property was an amazing retreat of being home away from home but with views. Everything was accessible, safe, clean and great! The service people and reception were super helpful. We will definitely be back!

Car park for the property was between 2 concrete poles and only suitable for a small vehicle this was not communicated on booking Check in was done by sister property. Reception was only open until 4 pm I would have expected until early evening

Quiet clean and nice staff. One bed was a bittoo soft. They should improve welcome pack with more tea variety and more toiletries for the 5 day stay we had. It was too little.

We booked a last minute getaway and this was in a great location with everything we needed being in walking distance or short drive away. The room was perfect for us and our 6 year old Our only worry is we have a big car and the carpark was a bit tight but we only needed the car a few times
