Super Clean. Staff were always smiling and accommodating to all our needs. Roof top was beautiful and I can’t believe the Breakfast Buffet. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s massive ! Can’t wait to go back

I needed to stay somewhere overnight near Midway and this hotel fit the requirements. There is free 24 hour Midway airport shuttle service which is what I needed as I had an early flight out. The front desk clerk was very patient and hospitable and knew how to set expectations, which was fantastic for me after 10 hours on a plane, and getting into Midway very late at night. The night shuttle driver was also quite nice. I had a hard time understanding him, partially because he was using a face mask and partially because I was tired and sleep deprived and have bad hearing. I had a great night's sleep. I didn't stay long enough to figure out what, if any, they had for breakfast. I did use the free internet while I was here. There were only a few odd things. 1. When I walked into the room, it had an odd smell. I believe it came from the slightly moist carpet. In about 5 minutes, my nose got used to it and I didn't notice the smell the rest of my stay. 2. The desk had no electrical outlets on it. There was one electrical outlet on the wall (thankfully I had brought my own power *****) near the desk. On the desk was something that looked like outlets of some type, however I did not recognize what it could be used for. That meant that all my electronics were plugged into the 4 outlets, 2 on each of the bedside lamps, plus the power *****. 3. There was a microwave, however, no refrigerator. I didn't need one so it wasn't an issue. There was space in the area of the microwave where one would have the refrigerator. 4. The water for my shower at 3:45 am, never got truly hot. It was warm and probably adequate for babies and the elderly. However it was not hot enough for a sleep deprived individual who likes hot showers. On the other hand, it was warm enough for my shower. I just couldn't warm up, during the shower. 5. The area by the bathroom sink was quite small. It wasn't a real issue since I could place my things on the table in front of the microwave, which was just behind me as I was facing the sink. 6. I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature of the room. The air conditioner was blowing cool air. As long as I was covered at night, I was okay. However, I wanted the room to be warmer, and the lack of a hot shower, made the room even colder to me. Would I stay here again? Probably only as a 1 night stay. I've stayed at other Fairfield Inns that were in much better condition. However, the front desk clerk and the availability of the 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport, makes it highly likely that I'll stay here again for a 1 night stay. This was a last minute booking so I paid a lot for this one night stay. They got me.

Room was clean nice bed hot shower it had a breakfast room and the coffee was good the hallway did smell like dog pee but other then that staff were nice and very helpful
訪訪客In my last three stays in this hotel, I have seen nothing but unprofessionalism and even harassment. I have stayed in this hotel many, many times in the past. In recent years, this place has become like a truck-stop. Let me first give you a brief summary of the recent owner’s cost-cutting operations: The hotel provides a soap which is about an inch and so thin that with one hand-wash it disappears. Pretty insane. I had to walk to a Target to buy soap so I could properly clean myself as a human being. The so-called breakfast is a joke to say the least. Even coffee is nothing but brown water now. Even napkins have transformed. Restaurant/bar is also another disaster… Elevators were not working when I was there (for inspection) but there was not a single apology from the hotel. Upon return from Turkey the other night, I also found out that they there was no longer a shuttle pick up from Terminal 5. I had to take a taxi. I am a world traveler and I can list many other cost-cutting details here but let me come to my biggest issue: With my World of Hyatt membership status, I was given a 2:00 pm check-out on February 10. It was about 11:45 am. I was on the phone trying to arrange something urgent for the earthquake victims in Turkey. Someone started to pound on my door (I had “do not disturb” sign on), she was literally screaming! I opened the door… She was still screaming saying that I had to leave. I said to her in the middle of my phone meeting: “I am having an emergency call now and I have a 2:00 pm check-out. I also showed her my sign at the door. After that she left me alone… Before I left for my flight, I shared some of this experience with some workers in the hotel. They said: “She treats us worse. She is the owner…” I have decided not to stay in this place anymore as it has nothing to do with the Hyatt experience. I am also thinking about taking legal action against this property for violating my privacy. I have seen some hotels in China like this but never anywhere else. The name “Hyatt” should not be associated with this family-operated “hotel.”
訪訪客Stayed 3 nights at this hotel as a Hilton Honors Gold guest with $30 Food and Beverage credit per night. Encountered outrageous issues enumerated below: 1) Checked in just after mid-night when valet has already closed. I eChecked from Hilton app and received digital key ahead of time but stopped by the front desk to make sure she has my car key for the Valet in the morning. She made a few keys which I sent my husband with so that he can get into the room to unpack as I stayed behind to fill out the paperwork for the car. He opened the room door to guests already asleep and both parties were shocked. The guests staying in my room called down to the front desk, and the only employee at the time started explaining why this may have happened. In that process, my FULL name was shared with people who are sleeping in the room I was assigned to and I learned the name of the other guest and that of her husband. The receptionist was completely frazzled, so I decided to report this to front desk the next morning. I was offered free Valet Parking during my stay. 2) There was NO restaurant onsite and no way for me to spend my Food and Beverage credit except at the self-service snack bar at the corner. I looked at the selection and inquired what my options are if I didn't want anything from the bar. I was told that I can purchase Hilton points with the F&B credit at check out, which I attempted to do. The receptionist told me that their record showed I purchased a bunch of snacks upon check in...I never even walked towards that area as I was dealing with the wrong room fiasco. I was promised to be made whole before they apply the $90 credit towards Hilton points. 3) After four emailed receipts after check out with a balance that finally showed 0, I waited a few days before I called Hilton Customer Service to check as I still haven't seen the point purchase. I was on hold with the first agent for 20 min as she supposedly called the hotel to check. She then told me she's transferring me to another agent to open a case. This was not a warm-hand-off, so I had to tell the story all over again, as the agent appeared to be soothing a crying baby at the same time. I was then again put on hold, for another 20 min, only to be transferred to the hotel reception to tell me that they now show I made snack purchase on the first night of my check in AND AGAIN upon check out, so there's no credit that they can apply towards point purchase. NOW..I don't know how to prove that I wouldn't touch the crap they have in that sad little corner they call snack bar, I'd like to know how HILTON can prove that I made those purchase. At this juncture, I'm putting this behind me. Stay away from this hotel...actually, given my experience with Hilton Customer Service, I'd say stay away from Hilton altogether.
