The stay was fantastic! The hosts are hospitable and considerate. The location is good, only 10 minutes' walk from the conwy train station, also not far from tourist attractions. There is a free car park behind the building. The room is clean and well-equipped, and very warm during winter. The bed is very cozy as well. The breakfast was amazing and the recommended restaurants were also delicious. Highly recommended!(A pleasant view taken in front of the house attached)

Lovely hotel a short walk from town centre. Spotlessly clean, spacious room. The room and bathroom were finished to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. The really nice couple who run the hotel were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. This was our first stay at this hotel but it definitely will not be our last.

Arrived to a very steep walkway to the hotel, but it does say it when you book if you read your booking, we stayed in room 1, it was very small but it did have every you need to be fair, the en suite is again very compact again with a terrible electric shower, we did wake up to a great breakfast and pleasant hosts, so overall we would return again

We have just come back home after a stay with Jill and Andy for a week, the worst bit about that is having to come home, excellent hosts, very friendly, the breakfast is excellent, Andy is an ex chef, the sausages are without doubt the very best I have tasted on a cooked brekkie, all of it cooked to perfection, a great start to the day. Our bed was very comfy, so much so it has made us think about replacing our own mattress, the guest house is very clean, if you have high standards then this is the place to be. It's only about 10 mins walk from the center of Conwy, which in itself is a great central base for many activities. There is quite a steep path way with steps up to the guest house from the front so you will be fit by the end of your holiday, you can get to the guest house from the car park at the back but be mindful if your car has a low profile, the driveway is quite steep, there is however parking out the front for about three small cars or two large. We will be visiting Conwy again as there are plenty of activities, check out Aber Falls. Beaumaris castle, Rhosneigr, last two at Anglesey but only about an hour or less in the car. If you like pizza, Check out Johnny Doughs woodfired pizza, you will be best booking the day before they get busy. We look forward to staying with Jill and Andy again when we visit... Had a lovely stay here. Hosts very friendly, and the B&B was spotless. Very clean room, and lovely garden views. Breakfast, was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Off road parking behind guest house. Approx walk around 10 mins into Conwy. Perfect.

Very comfortable and clean. Great location near town. Friendly and attentive hosts. Steps up to front could be a problem for those less able. Would definitely recommend!
