Bermouche: Beautiful chalet "Les Penguins", 2 storeys, built in 2020. 700 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Shop 700 m, bakery 500 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 850 m, railway station "Sion" 16.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Tennis 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 800 m. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). "Les penguins", 4-room chalet 116 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower. Heating. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Top floor: open gallery with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, east facing position. Terrace, east facing position, 2 terraces, west facing position, small garden. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars), garage, height 215 cm, width 270 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Mooi modern huis, erg netjes. WiFi is van slechte kwaliteit, (als je werk met vakantie wilt combineren is dit geen aanrader slecht bereik en erg traag, mobiel internet is sneller) verder een top huis

Very modern and almost looks brand-spanking-new. Situated in good enough location. Easy walk to town but the slope leading up to and down from the chalet can be a bit dangerous to walk on when the ground turns icy. Kitchen is well equipped and there is al

We liked it very much. As far as the equipment is concerned, nothing was missing. It even had a table football game, which made our boys very happy. The location was very quiet.

Very nice chalet. It was perfectly set up and had everything. The location is also perfect, the village can be reached quickly on foot.
