Very nice and clean . The building looks very attractive, and breakfast is good too

From the beginning, the Cellars-Hohenort went above and beyond for us. The staff, management and property are exceptional. Nestled at the base of Table Mountain, this property offered a quite reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes being offered and a continental spread available for starters. We will definitely come back and stay at this lovely hotel!

This is one of the most memorable hotel experiences during my 5 week around the world trip. Stayed one night during off peak season in early July 2024 with my kid when the hotel was still Hyatt’s partner. This place is a true and true 5 star hotel and the service was impeccable. Upon check in, Waheib (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) from front desk welcomed me and my son and delivered the great news that our room was upgraded with complimentary breakfast. He then proceeded to gave us a thorough tour of the hotel and explained every features of the room so patiently. This was our 6th country during our long trip and his service was the first of a kind. Thank you, Waheib. The beautiful room was enormous for us. There was a welcome note addressed to me and a welcome gift(bottle of wine) in the room. The towel warmer and extra long bath tub was so relaxing after a wet, cold and exhausting day. Ended up ordering room service for my son and the portion was huge that i couldn’t even help him eat them all. Food was fresh and of great quality. The breakfast in The Conservatory was just amazing. The ambiance just transported me to a different world with floor to ceiling window to enjoy the greenery outside from the comfort of magnificent indoor dining. Food was plenty and staff treated us with warmth, compassion and detail to attention. The fresh press juice was so refreshing and delicious. We later took complimentary shuttle to the botanical garden nearby. Our flight was not until late at night so we ended up eating early dinner there before checkout. The dining manager got me the fresh ginger juice available during breakfast when requested. The dining staff dropped what he was doing and took us around the property when asked for direction. Waheib then checked us out and came out to send us off on our uber. It felt like every staff member was genuinely happy to help hotel guests at any given moment. This service, in addition to the beautiful hotel built in 1700s, was what made this place so memorable even for a one night stay.

Невероятное место. Это олицетворение Юар , я так себе все и представляла в мечтах, много много красивой зелени , рай на земле. Хочется гулять без конечно и рассматривать каждый уголок. Как будто попал в сказку. И сказочный лес с огромными деревьями и виноградники и садики большие и маленькие , огород, черепаха, арки, розарии. . А какой ресторан , все локации прекрасны, мы завтракали и ужинали в саду . Номер отличный, спасибо за комплемент в виде бутылки вина и отличный мини бар. Отдохнули у бассейна . Очень вкусная еда в ресторане. Огромное спасибо, что смогли оказаться в сказке .

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in Constantia. Der Check-in hat leider länger gedauert, da die Suite auch am Nachmittag noch nicht bezugsfertig war. Bei den Suiten kann man auch im ersten Stock landen = ggf. ohne Terrasse, das wollten wir nicht, daher besser vorher mitteilen. In beiden Bereichen der Suite roch es die vollen vier Tage intensiv chemisch, vermutlich Insektenvernichtungsmittel, das störte etwas. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war sehr gut, der Ausblick in den Garten und die Terrasse mit den Liegen sehr schön. Gerade die Gartenanlage ist wirklich ganz bezaubernd, die beiden Pools liegen schön, man kann natürlich Pech haben mit lärmenden Kindern. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Frühstück/Mittag- und Abendessen waren wirklich gut. Auch im SPA-Bereich haben wir mit den Massagen positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplatzsituation ist, gerade am Wochenende bei Festivitäten, etwas chaotisch, aber irgendwie hat es immer geklappt.

tolles 5 Sterne Hotel, mit 2 grossen beheizten Pools, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr aufmerksamer Service, prima Frühstück ... bes. auf der Terrasse sehr schön :-) Dinner auch empfehlenswert unser 2. Aufenthalt - nach 2019 - wieder sehr gut- wir kommen gerne wieder
