雙戀人卡瑪莊園飯店

Hôtel en bord d’un bras mort de la Seine Notre appartement était spacieux mais le ménage doit être très amélioré !!! Sol qui était sale (nombreuses traces), toiles d’araignée lors de l’arrivée Je dois noter aussi la vétusté de certain équipement comme la robinetterie de la douche ( doit dater des années 60 !) Ce qui fait, qu’il est très difficile de trouver la bonne température de l’eau pour se doucher D’où une consommation très excessive d’eau; ce qui est actuellement inacceptable !!! Et je ne parle pas de l’équipement du balcon (sale avec de nombreuses traces de peinture) Pour nous, première et dernière expérience dans cet établissement. Il y a sans doute plus moderne et beaucoup mieux entretenu dans les environs !!!

Excellent location if you have a car. We booked 3 tours with Mark B and they were all excellent. Saw sights and heard about historical places in France that we would have missed otherwise. His extensive knowledge of history, politics, and hidden spots in the region cannot be understated, along with his storytelling and manners. Each day was even better than the last. The rooms were well-stocked and the staff were helpful. The river, green spaces, and outdoor pool were all beautiful. All in all a great place to stay when sightseeing across west France and Normandy area.

I would have given it 3.5 stars but that's not an option... The staff was simply AMAZING, honestly they get 10 out of 5 stars. The location is indeed way out in the middle of nowhere but honestly that makes it even that much more gorgeous. The reason for my lower rating is based on the standards that we're used to with our Wyndham time share. Our until in particular did not hold up to the standards we are used to AT ALL. My son had a huge stain on his bed spread, there was blood on qthe toilet seat and there were holes in all the screens not allowing us to keep windows open. Now I understand that spiders tend to get anywhere so it's unfortunate that it happened, but there was a HUGE spider that managed to get into my clothes, the furniture was very worn and old, our washing machine was insanely loud (nobody's fault just unfortunate for the time of our stay.) the toilet itself was loose and again just the overall quality was very disappointing compared to what we are used to. Ultimately I'm happy we got to experience France a little bit and I'm grateful the resort was gated and the staff was GREAT I just think the rooms need a face-lift!
