聖胡安孔達多希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado)

The place is new and clean but there are some undone amenities. It doesnt destroy the atmosphere but it can be a little issue to some people

The hotel it’s good! The staff need to be more helpful

Hotel was nice but they are definitely stealing money from people. I checked out and they said I had a balance of 80 for going over room charges which was fine. I paid the $80 and they turned around and took $239 out of my account. I called and he said it was for room charges but I informed him before checking out they told me I only had to pay $80. I’m never booking with Hilton again. This is ridiculous.

We stayed in the Hilton Garden on both sides of our cruise. I wouldn’t do it again. 1. The only hotel I’ve visited where you can stand at the front desk and the staff member doesn’t look up and offer to assist. This happened on every occasion. 2. Terrible odor throughout the building - strongest in our first bathroom shower. Smelled like sewer. 3. Toilet didn’t work well in 2nd room. 4. Both rooms very loud - could hear rooms next door and hallway traffic. 5. Breakfast was terrible and expensive -$50 for cold buffet for 2. 6. At the pool on the premises, some of the nicer seating areas are for additional charge. Like I said, I wouldn’t do it again.

Really noisy and the air conditioning is rationed. Could not sleep because it was so loud on the bay side. It’s clean and nicely appointed and the pool is very nice. Bathroom was so small you could use the toilet and shower at the same time. Just tilt your head to the side while on the pooper. Checkin process was incredibly slow and they didn’t give me any of the benefits I should have received as a Hilton diamond member. No water at check-in, no breakfast voucher, no room upgrades.

This is a spacious, beautiful, recently renovated hotel. It has a lovely pool area, not crowded, with many amenities. The location is good, within walking distance of a lively local restaurant restaurant area, and a public beach; and the food at their restaurant is very good. A stay at this hotel also gives you access to the hotel across the street, so you have expanded options. Best of all, there is a beautiful view of the lagoon from the patio, so stay on that side. There are nice walking options also.

The property is brand new and very clean. The pool area and harbor view rooms are truly lovely. We stayed 3 nights and Jessica, and Ivan are stellar employees. Ivan should teach guest service, he is professional and skilled. We liked the breakfast offerings and lunch poolside. We would have rated the hotel 5 stars but we didn’t get housekeeping after our first night and the door to our room was challenging to open.
