Из-за задержки рейса пришлось снять здесь номер, так как мест почти нигде уже не было. Приехали ночью, уехали утром. Девушка на ресепшен – огонь – одна из лучших сотрудниц за все наши путешествия. Не успели оценить ни близость океана, ни завтраки. Отель более или менее нормальный.

Booked the Abitta Boutique Hotel for one night January 16,2026. We had booked this hotel many times when it was a Comfort Inn . When we checked in our room was at the hotel next door , not as pictured on their website . our room was dark and dingy , broken window shade, safe, and dresser draw, There was not enough light even to read . To get the the front desk, we needed to go outside in the rain to get there. This was bait and switch , not what we paid for

Room was not as advertised. Room was small no phone, safe, view. Water was not available even in the grab and go. We stayed 4 days and had to door dash water. Staff was unapologetic. Breakfast was advertised free on ******* but there was only a restaurant attached to hotel. Good there was good but expensive with 25% added gratuity.

Although first impressions look great, as soon as you get to the sometimes operational elevators it’s all downhill. The we’re absolutely filthy, then the hallways reeked of mold and felt damp. Once in our first room we noticed it wasn’t cleaned at all, the floors with black with dirt and even an alarm clock next to the bed was covered in dust. We were then moved to a new room, and even though the floor was mopped there was obvious issues. The air confirmed unit was installed in the wall with large cracks and openings to outside. There was mold all over the curtains, and gunk all over the walls, mirrors and light switches. We found bugs several times and I thank god I had Lysol spray. The bathroom was completely rusted everywhere and the fridge The outdoor “pool” was incredibly tiny and very worn down as well as the seating. I will say the staff and everyone we interacted with were lovely and although the attached restaurant was delicious be prepared to wait beyond “island time” , we’re talking half an hour for just a coffee with almost no other customers there.

Nice hotel but the rooms are small. We had a double bed. It was clean and the staff was amazing. It used to be the comfort inn now is called Abitta boutique hotel. They are merging the next building with this hotel. That building has the balcony. It is in a perfect location near everything. We had their breakfast It was delicious. I would stay their again.

Small boutique hotel, now part of IHG. We spent seven nights, and the location of the hotel was central to everything we wanted to do. It is in the heart of the Isla Verde ***** in Condado. Alana at the front desk was super helpful and super friendly. Give her a promotion! On the con side, the bathroom in our room really needs repairs. The door did not close completely, so the floor got wet with every shower, and the faucet is practically falling off. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

I never write a bad review. But this hotel has issues. Our room along with many others were not ready at check in. We kept being told a supervisor had to check our room. We finally got the key about an hour later. We went up and It had a very strong raid smell and no windows. Obvious they were buying time to treat rooms. The air return above the bed was covered in dust. My husband and I walked right out. We found a hotel a few streets over and after telling that manager our horror story he let us view the room. It was perfect so my husband had me stay and check in while he got our bags out. He said when he walked out of the hotel the front desk was slammed with angry guests. We didn’t even tell them we were leaving or ask for a refund. I have a rare autoimmune disease and when I told the girl at the desk I was sick earlier at check in she rolled her eyes. Pool was cloudy as well.
