The place is really cool. Totally kid friendly. Lots of activities to do after the waterpark closes. The food on premise I thought was reasonably priced. Large one topping pizza $20.00. Large one scoop of ice cream 3.99. We brought snacks and soda. The kids loved it. I enjoyed the fact after we arrived there was really no need to leave. We would definately stay again and probably will..

Check in was suppose to be at 4pm, we were not allowed in our room until after 5pm. Dinner at the Lodge was horrible. Waited almost 2 hours to be seated, then waited over an hour for food. Our skillet cookie dessert was served raw and not edible. This is our last stay here. For $650 per night, it should be a much better experience. There are plenty of staff, but too many standing around doing nothing. On a positive note.... This place is super clean.

The property was clean and all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Great family vacation. The kids( and my husband) wished the icecream area would have stayed open longer. Also, the one large pool didnt open daily until mid afternoon which was a bummer. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and vacation there again.

Overall had a great time. The only negative was the breakfast buffet. Very expensive and the food was very poor quality. Save your money and go down the road to eat

I liked the convince in the closeness in everything. Didn’t like the way the area was set up finding the room floors. There was no specific sign that read the floors of it.

I and my two boys had a good time. I think it's overpriced. We will go to Pigeon Forge's Wilderness of the Smokies from now on.
