Holiday Inn 鴻鬧市(Holiday Inn Concord Downtown)

Hôtel pas très propre Mauvais rapport qualité prix Chambres et salles de bains non rénovées et pas très bien entretenues. Alors que TOUS les Holiday Inn express qu'on a visité aux USA ont un petite déjeuner gratuit celui-ci n'offrait pas de déjeuner.

Hotel was undergoing some renovation, so it wasn't exactly at its best. The computers in the business center are in bad need of upgrading. They are extremely slow. Otherwise, the room was good and the staff was great! The hotel is walking distance from the capital, the bus station and downtown. I'd stay there again.

I have to comment on the staff we encountered during our one night stay on Feb 25th. They were phenomenal. Particularly, the server at the attached restaurant, EJ’s. Not only was this one man the server and bartender at said restaurant but he was also the food runner when my friends and I ordered his fantastic sangrias to the room. He was kind, gentlemanly, and efficient. Three things women love. I hope this man gets a raise. To me, he was the backbone of this holiday Inn. Underrated individual. I hope he gets a day off soon.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The biggest issue I had were other guests. Namely, a group of boys traveling for a baseball game. They were rowdy and loud in the halls and banging on guests doors.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. It seems as though they have been working together for quite a while unlike most hotels lately with high turnover.

The hotel is right in the downtown area. The staff was very helpful. Having a restaurant in the hotel property was convenient. A wonderful and historic town.

Hotel needs to be updated. Walls of rooms paper thin. You could hear people in adjacent room talking.

Love the area/location; lots of restaurants and shops and Capital building within walking distance. The staff is polite and ATM and restaurant is available in hotel; very nice.
