Mitten in der Altstadt, klein aber feines Hotel. Frisch renoviert, farbig, modern. Sehr freundliche, aufgestelltes und hilfsbereites Personal. Helfen mit Restaurantreservationen und Tips für die Besichtigung der Stadt. Frühstück frisch mit vielfältigem Angebot. Zimmer sauber und ruhig in den Innenhof.

Kleines, feines Hotel, perfekt gelegen und ruhig oben drauf. Die Farbwahl ist mutig, aber erstaunlicherweise in sich stimmig, Bad gut ausgerüstet und mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist, Frühstück grosszügig und ausgezeichnet, Reception hilfsbereit und freundlich - keine Wünsche offen!

Individuell- Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch !!!!! Mindestens 7 Sterne - wir kommen wieder - es ist u bedingt zu empfehlen als Geheimtipp 😜

Ottimo hotel in centro a Como. vicinissimo alla cattedrale e al lago . Personale cordiale e molto cortese . Colazione buonissima . Camere ben riscaldate e pulitissime . Hotel dotato di ogni confort. Consigliatissimo.

Un hôtel tout simplement exceptionnel et une fabuleuse expérience pour ce séjour à Côme ! Tout commence par l’accueil fantastique que nous a été réservé l les chambres sont magnifiques. Tout est arrangé avec minutie. Le lounge bar parfait (et quel cappuccino !). Bref, tout est parfait ! Quand à la situation géographique, idéalement situé. Une mention +++ pour le personnel souriant, disponible et aux petits soins ! Une expérience client parfaite !

Ein sehr stilvolles Hotel in bester Lage mit unheimlich sympathischem Personal und dem besten Frühstück auf unserer Reise. Wir haben hier einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Heimweg gemacht und sind überaus begeistert. Perfekter Lage direkt in der Einkaufsstrasse wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt, stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und hochwertige Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war sensationell lecker und für uns genau die richtige Portionsgröße - Auswahl zwischen herzhaft und süß sowie heißen und kalten Getränken. Parksituation ist, wie zu erwarten war, etwas schwierig - aber in 10-15 min Gehweg ist ein günstiges überdachtes Parkhaus. Zimmergröße war für eine Nacht vollkommen okay, bei längerem Aufenthalt würde ich ein größeres buchen. Alles in allem definitiv eine Empfehlung und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein!

The hotel is in the center of Old Town so it is easy walking to shopping, restaurants, and the ferry. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are small and the shower is 2 x 3 feet and slippery when wet so stand still and shower. Breakfast was included and a very good selection of breads and pastries. Overall, the bed was comfy and the room and hotel were very clean.
