You will be happy you did.
It is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family.
Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. He is also very happy to take you out dancing.
The place is spotless. The food they make is great. The volunteers that help out there are also top notch.
If you would like to enrich your mind, body and soul with the beautiful island of Tenerife, I would highly highly recommend making a stop at Arena Nest Hostel.

He estado viajando con el Nest Pass por varios Hostel y me ha encantado, a cada cual mejor, es increíble, muy recomendable! Un pago que te permite moverte por los diferentes Hostel de Nest y la verdad, uno no sabe cuál elegir, quería ir a todos! Es un sitio muy familiar, me trataron genial, especial referencia a Romina y Alejandro, junto a la playa y a un paseo de los Gigantes y las instalaciones del Hostel están muy bien, me encanta la terraza donde socializar con otros viajeros y ahí hicimos cenas varias noches, organizan actividades y se sale a bailar ritmos latinos con música en directo.

Lo mejor es la terraza y el personal que trabaja ahí, especial mención a Alejandro, Romi, Cristian.. encantadores, comparten contigo y se interesan por tí y por que tengas una buena estancia en el hostel y en los Gigantes! genial ubicado junto a playas, zona comercial y parada del autobús, realizan actividades y el hostel está muy bien una especie de casa en una urbanización con comedor social una cocina equipada donde cocinar con otros huéspedes las habitaciones muy bien habilitadas.. Lo pasamos genial bailando en un bar ritmos latinos que había organizado el hostel, los baños estaban super limpios con detalles y un sencillo desayuno a la mañana para empezar el día compartiendo con otros viajeros pues había muy buen ambiente, todo como muy auténtico y familiar, muy recomendable!

Der Checkin erfolgte im Arena Nest Hostel online und war etwas verwirrend, da ich eine spezielle Anfrage hatte, der nachgekommen wurde. Jedoch erhielt ich keine Info und musste vor Ort nochmal einchecken. Die Terrasse war ganz gemütlich, die Unterkunft war insgesamt ok und war nicht weit weg vom Meer. Preis war super.

Pésimo, unas horas después de haber realizado la reserva me confirman una operación para la que llevaba tiempo en lista de espera. Telefónicamente me pongo en contacto con los anfitriones y me dicen que lo entienden y que me harán la devolución. Me dicen la forma por la cual debo hacerla y una vez cobran, atención al cliente me comunica que se niegan a la devolución. Tan solo unas horas después de haber realizado la reserva y avisando con 3 semanas de antelación. Entiendo la política de devolución, pero no que mientan a la hora de hacer el cobro y que después sea imposible contactar con los anfitriones y el alojamiento. Una vergüenza.

Estuve en el hostel durante una semana y Me ha encantado Arena Nest hostel, la gente de allí increíble y maravillosa. Todo muy bien organizado y limpio, y el desayuno súper variado. Recomiendo que vayáis sin ninguna duda. ……………………………………..

Que gran familia es Arena! Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa!!! Los desayunos son de otro nivel! Por las noches respetan el horario de descanso que es fundamental para quienes buscamos tranquilidad y el hostal esta ubicado en un punto increíble! Sin dudas volveré aquí mi próxima visitaaaaa
