GOED,BETER, BEST. Een schitterend hotel met een perfecte service. Met bijzondere dank voor de service op 12 mei ter gelegenheid van moederdag. Had iets speciaal gevraagd voor mijn echtgenote, maar wat het management van het hotel presteede was UNIEK te noemen. Veel meer dan ik gevraagd had. Prachtig voorgesteld en een emotioneel moment voor mijn lieve echtgenote. Verder geen enkele opmerking. Superpersoneel en steeds bereid om ALLES voor je te doen, met een glimlach. De garageservice met onze huurauto was formidabel. U hoeft zich nooit geen zorgen te maken, alles, maar dan ook alles, wordt voor jou gedaan. Dit is veruit het hotel met de allerbeste service ooit. Bovendien is het een prachtig designhotel met een formidabele inrichting. Modern, praktisch, verzorgd en mooi onderhouden. We maakten dagelijks gebruik van de roomservice voor het avondmaal. Iedere keer correct afgeleverd, een hotelservice waardig. Telkens met een uitstekende service door de medewerkers. De verschillende restaurants zijn zeker een aanrader. Eten van hoge kwaliteit en bijzonder lekker. De dagelijkse poetsdames verdienen waardering. Op ieder detail werd er gelet en de kamer werd in een onberispelijke staat gepoetst. Je kan werkelijk alles vragen indien je iets nodig hebt. Binnen een paar minuten heb je je antwoord. Voor onze ervaring is het meer waard dan 5 sterren. Wie hier niet tevreden is van zijn verblijf zal nergens tevreden zijn denk ik. Bovendien wordt je bij het ontbijt behandeld, niet als klant, maar als bijna familie. En dit is een heerlijk gevoel, vooral door onze Justyna die je een warm gevoel geeft. Wij komen terug bij een volgend bezoek,aan Tenerife. Alles heeft zijn prijs, maar dit is absoluut zijn geld waard. Bedqnkt aan iedereen die ons een prachtig verlof heeft bezorgd. Ik hoop dat de manager deze review deelt met al het personeel. Zij zjn het uithangbord en verdienen echt waardering voor hun werk. BEDANKT.

Fantastisch hotel. Ontvangst zoals het hoort bij een 5 sterren hotel. Portier bij de deur , welkomst drankje, voor de kinderen een ijsje. Warm doekje voor je handen wordt er aangeboden. Kamers mooi ruim en schoon. Welkomst presentjes op de kamer voor ons elke dag. Ontbijt heerlijk en uitgebreid. Dame erg vriendelijk van het ontbijtbuffet en geïnteresseerd in de mensen. Zwembad mooi en wederom goed ontvangst . De handdoeken worden neergelegd op je ligbed. Zonnecrème en water staat de hele dag klaar om gebruik van te maken. Leuke restaurants in de omgeving. De geest experience manager Michelle erg vriendelijk en bereid om te helpen. Restaurants in hotel zijn goed. Erg gevarieerd. Meer dan 5 sterren waard. Echt genieten hier.

hotel fantastico situato in una posizione tranquilla a La caleta. Elegante, ottimi servizi, anche la camera di cortesia ultimo giorno, molto apprezzata. Pulitissimo, servizio di ordinazioni online dalla piscina, parte adults only molto tranquilla. Camere ben disposte e accessoriate. Una menzione ai ristoranti stellati, due, ma anche allo Starfish. Davvero da provare.

Hemos venido en familia y nos hemos alojado en una villa con piscina en el Corales Suites. Desde que llegas al hotel puedes ver el lujo y el detalle con que está hecho. Nuestra habitación era un espectáculo, grandes ventanales, sofás cómodos y camas y almohadas comodísimas, piscina climatizada... Y el personal es lo mejor sin duda del hotel, amabilísimos y pendientes de todo y de que estuviéramos bien. Justyna y demás personal del almuerzo: muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad y ayuda el día que tuvimos que desayunar en horario "fuera del oficial"! Recepción y limpieza: gracias!!! Recomendable 1000% Deseando volver!

Great hotel - we had a villa delux, rooms were downside with some outdoor space, and the main living area and fully functional kitchen, plus pool was upstairs. We went out for dinner (mostly at the hotel, which was great - but warning you have to book!!) and had lunch in our villa. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and Justine was excellent.

Had a wonderful time at corales suites. The staff are lovely. From the time you arrive everyone is extremely helpful. Loved the space and facilities in the suite. Food was good but the trattoria was a stand out experience. Thanks again to Leo on the front desk and Daniel and Martina in the maresia bar. Loved every our stay. Great location. Great hotel. Would def recommend.

Absolutely fabulous in every way. We stayed in a suite. It was spacious clean and well equipped. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The other part of the hotel consists of adults only rooms. There are several restaurants on site, two of which are Michelin starred. You need to book before your holiday to get in.

We stayed here for the second time for nine days and as always our stay was faultless the food and attention to detail were brilliant.We have stayed at a lot of top hotels around the world and the Corales is up there we have booked for next January for another stay to get away from the British weather see you soon and thank you for the beautiful room 2201 Ps just a note we used your spa and it’s is a shame you don’t do a weekly package to use the sauna and jacuzzi like they do on cruise ships as every time we used it nobody was in the spa area

A quick summary …. Arrived late evening to a lovely reception, and glass of fizz. Was given a little tour, and was then shown around our suite. Each day we enjoyed the amazing breakfast, best we’ve experienced, and also the gorgeous rooftop pool. Tried the Nao buffet the first night after our long trip, and then treated ourselves to Il Bocconcino tasting menu on our last night This Hotel is fantastic. All staff our are a credit, and I can only apologise for not singling one out, everyone we encountered just made you feel welcome, and looked after you. We came away hoping to just chill out, and this Hotel did just that, it exceeded our expectations, and I don’t think you can ask for more. No negatives here, none !
