We arrived a little early and were told our room wouldn't be ready u til almost check in time. So we went to waste a little time and returned at 5 minutes until official check in time. I was told there were still no rooms clean. I explained she knew we were coming back and my daughter had to get ready because we were in town for a gymnastics meet. She insisted she couldn't do anything. I asked if the manager was there and she said she was the manager. Never apologized or offered to compensate us at all, even when I pointed out that they could charge me if I didn't check out by check out time, so it wasn't right for my room to not be ready at check in time. Then we finally got our room and it was like 75 degrees. We had to hurry so we didn't notice until late that night that the phone cord was broken so you could only use the phone if you inserted and held it in. I needed to call the front desk because we were not left pillows or linens for the pull out couch. When I finally reached someone I was told I could come down to the front desk to get them. Then, when my daughter got in the shower, there was no shampoo, just 2 body wash and one conditioner. The water pressure in the sink was super low.
