Hot tub wad broke and that was honestly the only reason why i came. The pool is a baby pool. Breakfast was good. But i m really upset that hot tub was broke for as much as that hotel cost everything should be working and in running condition.

I was charged by ********** on 10/15 for $198.57. Then Fairfield Inn & Suites charged me on 10/17 at $174.15. Shouldn't I only been charged once by one of you??

Had a good experience. Had one issue which took away from a great experience. No hot water when I took a shower at 5 o’clock pm one day. Told the desk about it that day. Next day showered at 9am, water was lukewarm. Like to have hot water for my shower.

We were here for a short stay to visit family. Will use this hotel again when we return. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Little pool, but you can get wet. Outdoor seating area with a gas grill. Cant beat this hotel's "bang for your buck"!

******* charged more to my credit card then the room actually costed. *******, never communicated the fact to the hotel that my brother being handicapped needed a ADA room. I give ******* a failing score! The hotel tried to accommodate, but couldn’t, they were booked solid. Call a hotel directly to book your reservations. Never book online either, For real!!!

Had king suite and the room was so small on top of that the bed was super thin and the pillows? They were the worst, got no sleep whatsoever. They were super thin and just over all horrible. I never like to complain but 180 for one night and it was maybe a 100 a night top room

The front desk staff is completely incompetent. Very shady tactics used at this location. I will never stay here again. This was a very infuriating experience. Staff here need to go through remedial training twice.

Nowhere on the ******* site was a pet fee, number of pets, or weight limit mentioned. I was charged an additional $65 over the price ******* quoted. That's a blatant misrepresentation. I brought 2 60#dogs, the weight limit is 30#. Again, NOWHERE on the ******* site was a weight limit for pets mentioned. Terrible oversight on your company's behalf. NOT what I wanted to hear after traveling 15 hours.
