哥倫布大學區雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Columbus University District)

This was a great centrally located stylish hotel. Went with a friend to a concert in the area. Room was clean with a great view of downtown. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and the snack stand. Definitely would stay again!

Well the layout was alright, checking in and out was fine. But our room had some issues. The bathroom door was not on its rails and couldn't close without dragging the whole door along the ground. The bathroom fan didnt work at all. The best part was all morning long it sounded like an entire construction crew was working on the 3rd floor above us. Was super loud and non stop. Sounded like furniture being flipped over or something very loud and constant. There was no sleeping in, with all that noise. The other aloft's ive stayed at are alot nicer.

This review will be somewhat negative, however this is no fault of the staff or building. All was great until about 11:30 pm when a group of teenagers who were in town for an event and also on our floor decided it was time to turn the floor into a nightclub/rave. This went in for a while but after two calls to the front desk and a visit from hotel security things got a little better. There was also a machine next to our bed that gave off sounds that helped block some of the noise from outside. That said this was not the best nights sleep on what was supposed to be a very restful relaxing evening. The good news is that the staff was about as good as you could ask for. The GM called me after less than 24 hours and was very apologetic and generous with the offer she gave us to compensate for our troubles. We’ve stayed at Aloft hotels several times and they’re great. I definitely recommend just make sure you’re not on the same floor as a group that might get loud.

We were moved twice for different reasons (AC always on, and the water pressure was terrible at the second room which they knew about and still moved us there), the staff was helpful and even offered a complimentary breakfast. The bar was pretty cool, but having to move twice is not the most ideal thing. It felt like they put a lot of effort into having a stylish place in stead of an actually functioning one.

First time staying at ALoft. While it was new and clean, it was VERY loud. Could hear people coming and going. Interior was a mix of IKEA and Scandinavian economy. Cheaply decorated, small scale furniture. Won’t stay again, not our style at all.

There was a loud banging noise in the night. We think maybe a pipe? But it sounded like someone throwing a baseball at our door and freaked us out at first. The hotel was fine. Nothing too exciting. 6/10

Initially, I was impressed. It is clean and cute. My problem was with the amenities. The breakfast food was overpriced and not tasty, the restaurant/bar didn’t serve food on the day I was there (after the front desk said I had to come down and order). The overall cost wasn’t worth the stay.

Hotel was super clean, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the décor is cute/hipster cool, gym was immaculate, parking was easy, and there is a great diner/bar right next to the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very unfriendly. Especially whoever was running the kitchen. People above us were screaming and jumping around all night long. Sheets had stains EVERYWHERE. 10/10 will not be turning to this place.
