哥倫布希利亞德萬豪萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Hilliard)

I recently stayed at this hotel as a staycation with my family during our children's spring break. I am assuming the front desk agent Alice was the general manager. Alice was a breath of fresh air! She was so friendly from check in to check out. I had a small issue with my room and the staff quickly acted by placing me into another room. It was an overall welcoming and wonderful experience. I will return and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

This was a great stay! The best part about the hotel was the customer service! Alice and Gideon were by far the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered! They made me and my friends feel welcomed, and because of them I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was absolutely amazing!!! We have a handicap son and once the staff at this hotel new that they went above and beyond to make us comfortable as well as him. They offered to upgrade our room, move us to the first floor, had us park up front to unload and they came out and laid salt down as well as asked if we needed help getting him in his wheelchair (our vehicle he remains in his chair). They had us bring him out of the cold and stood by him while we unloaded all his equipment/machines. Escorted us to the elevator as well as our room. They even gave us complimentary water later that evening and during our stay kept asking if we needed anything and if our son was okay!! We have never been treated like this anywhere we have stayed with him and we travel a decent amount. Amazing!!!

Very clean hotel, great location. The only thing that way upsetting was that they did not have free Wi-Fi only if you signed up on the Marriott app.

Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Stayed overnight during travel and would definitely stay again. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and movie theater.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Breakfast selections were all packaged and heavily processed, but coffee was good. Great hotel for overnight stay and some good dinner choices in charming Old Hilliard very close by.

Room was clean and nice TV. We were happy to use Internet TV. Nice people at reception. Great breakfast but noticed employee without glove put bagels in tray. He later cleaned surfaces as people left.

Anna at the check-in desk was wonderful. We had problems with the heater in our room blowing cold air. She tried to help us and let us know it was an aging and about to be replaced, heater. It would stop one degree below the desired setting & then blow cold air out for quite awhile. She did offer us another room on a different floor, but we decided to keep it and trick it to a higher temp & then shut off, til we got cold again later. Other than that...great stay!

Such a clean property! We would stay there again for sure!
