Terrible, jacked up rates due to local activities - room was sub-par, dirty carpet. People were smoking at the entrance at all hours - grab & go breakfast was terrible, cold bad coffee no non-sweetened creamer choices, old granola bars and blueberry muffins without blueberries. Water took a long time to get hot - paid about triple the regular going rate and I feel completely ripped off

We stayed here for one night and it was so dirty and gross we immediately showered when we got home. Hallways and the elevator smelled and when we got into our room the carpet was stained. Shower area had hair on the walls and it clearly was not cleaned. I called down and brought this to their attention and I was told I they did not have another room and they would send someone to clean. No one ever came. The air conditioning unit was so loud we could not sleep, however, at least it drowned out the sounds of music coming from the outside well past 2am. There were people having a party in the parking lot and the hotel did nothing about it. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable but with everything else going on we were not going to get any sleep anyways. In the morning I went in to at least wash up in the dirty shower only to learn there was no hot water. I called down again and they suggested I wait longer for more water to warm up. The manager never contacted me to discuss this experience. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay anywhere else.

We arrived early and Rhonda at the front desk went out of her way to find a room that was ready and didn't charge us an early check in fee. Their customer service was amazing!! The halls are a little dark but the room is very accommodating and spacious. The only opportunities for improvement that I can recommend is a larger TV perhaps mounted on a wall (for easier viewing), softer toilet paper, and the bed was fine but not "oh my gossshhhhh this is fabulous" kind of bed. Pillows, however, were nice!

It is very dingy and a bit sketchy. Reeks of cigarette smoke. The stay made me nervous but my daughter and I ****** it up for one night. Would never stay there again.

I am not an avid traveler but this stay was bad. Our room was dirty, dirty, dirty. The floor was extremely stained, some dirty bed sheets, dirty walls, terrible smells. Not family friendly. Please not also “free” breakfast was only granola bars, muffin, or make your own oa**eal. The staff was friendly though.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly the hot water wasn’t working the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working either and I wasn’t notified of any of this before paying it was a really bad experience I’ll never go to another one

There were so many men standing around outside, staring as I pulled around to park. It was very uncomfortable. I should have just left at that point. The lobby was dirty, staff was fine. Went to our room, the plug in air freshener was extreme and did not cover the bad smell. Black hairs on the sheets. Floor was disgusting. We didnt end up staying.

Convenient location to my conference. At check in, I was given a key to an already occupied room, and felt like I was putting out the desk staff when I had to ask for another room. Room was top surface clean, but needed a deep clean. Bathroom sink drain was held together with tape under the sink. Hair dryers were only available at the front desk. Both nights I stayed, there were very noisy hallway conversations late at night. I have stayed here before, but the overall quality of the hotel has gone down.
