People friendly. Cleanliness mediocre. Smell of cleaners and detergent so strong left you with headaches, itching and rashes- both of us. Would not stay here again for that reason they make detergents and cleaners that are much more people friendly, and without smells.

Couldn't hear the employees behind the plexi or real glass. The carpet was not in very good shape. Stairs really dirty. Didn't feel safe in the lobby/property. No coffee in the room. They didn't know what furniture was in the room. Was ask if there was a black chair in the room. (We laughed) As if we have taken it. The room across the hall the doorknob looked like it was rip off the door.

We stay at a lot of hotels and this one is by far the dirtiest. There was BLOOD shattered on the bathroom wall and some on the sheets, we told them in the morning before we went out for the day, was told it would be cleaned up, nope still there when we get back. They gave us the key to 2 other rooms to look at to see if we wanted to switch, BOTH had blood shattered somewhere on the walls. Vents in bathroom were disgusting, floors were sticky, overall housekeeping was bad, parking lot had HUGE pot holes, outside appearance super run down, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, they didn’t do anything to make it right. Also there is a $100 deposit that is charged to your card and stays on there until you check out, which we didn’t know about until checking in. Overall the hotel is VERY run down and in a bad neighborhood, so be very cautious of your surroundings

Room was comfortable but needs a lot of renovation. Holes in walls from missing artwork and shelves. Holes in towels and stains on towels. Bathroom shower was rough. The sheets were clean, so it was sufficient but not ideal.

The hotel was great. The problem was i requested the first floor because of knee problems told the receptionist. He said there wasn't any but a couple came in with no reservations and was given a room on the first floor. Need to fix the pot holes. Checking out was nice the receptionist was very friendly. I told her what happen and she continued to apologize for my experiences. Room was very comfortable. The shower didn't work.

The motel was dirty and seedy. The exercise room was closed due to covid. Website promised breakfast but we were informed that the hotel used covid an an excuse not to serve breakfast or coffee. Other hotels that i have stayed at during the pandemic managed to serve breakfast.

This hotel is in need of major repairs. There were holes in the walls, the door didn't close all the way and the shower leaked all night long.

The hotel looked closed and it was adjacent to another hotel and suspicious people were gathered in the parking lot. It was a bit scary!
